Unorganized and unprofessional place. Walked in without and appointment and after waiting 30+ minutes I was shifted between to different chairs, only to be told to wait longer because they were going to see other customers first.

I've gone here about three times within two years. So far I've had a great experience. We talked about what kind of cut I wanted and was once asked to use a picture as a reference. It's done timely, I only really go when my hair really starts to grow out. Customer service is great and the barbers are great. I'll probably go back soon or after winter. Depending on how brutal the weather gets.

Don't go here, they don't know what they are doing. Can't follow simple instructions. Worst haircut ever. I showed him a photograph of what I wanted, gave him instructions from my previous barber, but he destroyed my hair and made me nearly bald. And then he argued about it endlessly. Extremely irresponsible behavior. Never going back there. Now I have to live with the shortest uneven hair with my scalp shown. Went to another barber immediately and they told me that its beyond repair now. My hair takes long to grow, will have to live with this for over a month now.

The 2nd time Peter remembered me and I asked for a few changes from the first visit. One of the best cuts I've had.

I got the worst haircut of my life. Told the guy to cut my hair in the specific style but he did it completely opposite. Told 10 times not to cut short, still cut the hair too hair, its r You just have 1 job to cut hair how the customer wants , why cant you even do that ??

Had the worst possible haircut from a guy name Mark. I was a walk in and they possibly have the least competent guy to cut your hair. The side burns are an abomination and he completely missed doing over the ears for one side as in the picture. He lacked precision, was sloppy and overall gave me the worst possible haircut. AVOID
