I was a walk in on Wednesday and I got a really bad haircut I’ve been trying to call them to fix but they refused to fix and hung up now they have the phone off the hook please don’t go here if they mess your hair up they ignore you until you go somewhere else

Absolutely horrible customer service. I took my little brother to cut his hair. He told us to come in at 10:30 am. We waited 2 hours and still no haircut. He then sent us out and told us to come back when he's free.... Although we had an appointment with him and should have been taken in right away. Horrible timing, horrible customer service, and very inconsiderate. Highly unrecommended.

Place is just terrible. To keep it short.. I waited a whole year to get a haircut. I basically pay rent here at this point just to get a haircut. Jeez... if you need a roommate, schedule a haircut here

Good barbers who are polite & professional except for the 5 chairs being empty expect for 2 @9-10am on a Saturday. No bueno! Couldn’t get an appt til 2pm, jus ridiculous on a Saturday morning, especially since I’m not use to barber shops who make appts for clients rather than first come first served basis. This has happened more than three times (not being able to be seen). When I did get a barber he gave my son his first haircut & it was fantastic. They just need a manager & reliable employees to be able to work with families & working peoples time.

I made an appointment at 12 by phone. I arrived at the shop with 20 minutes early and waited. nobody asked me if I had an appointment, some barbers were eating on a sofa, and at 12.30 I left the store because I can't wait for 30 minutes if I had an appointment ale 12... The barber that I had made an appointment at phone was not in the shop and the other barbers have not interested on me... Thanks for the lose time... Not raccomemded!

Cut factory is cool place for tough guys who doesnt mind cuts here and there but not for kids. I took both of my kids and they both had red marking all around their neck, I think due to kids skin being softer than their normal customers, otherwise the style was clean and nice.
