These guys are the worst at communicating. First i went for a walk in on saturday because they didn't have their phone on google. He turned me down and gave me his business card. Keep in mind his card doesn't have his opening or closing hours so i started calling him at around 9, he answered his phone at 1.
First thing he says is we open at 11, stop calling. Bro, it's 1 o'clock, and you never told me when you open. So I ask him when he's available, throughout the whole conversation he's very dismissive, and I tell him to book me for the only time they have available, which is saturday at 3.
So I show up there today and he tells me they didn't set me up. So I'm trying to get to the bottom of it, there are 2 barbers in the shop. He first says I didn't call them, and some other place. I show him the business card he gave me and they determine which one of them I called. Then he tells me he told me the available time that they had, and didn't actually book it, because he claims I didn't ask him to. So I tell him that I actually did, and then he tells me that it was booked while we were on the phone through the mobile app by someone else(Which i have no knowledge about, even if that was the case I suppose he has to call me and let me know so I don't show up at his place for an appointment he failed to book).
Bottom line, these guys are dodgy and disrespectful. They blame the customer for the mistakes that they make. I have no idea about the quality of the haircut that they give, but if you don't like being treated like a pig, stay away.
