Walked in doubting I would get a good haircut....especially as a walk in. I knew nothing of this place but was in dire need of a haircut. I had an event to attend same day & felt I had no choice. Fortunately Taylor was available. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and when she was done I could not believe the cut looked identical to the picture!! That has never happened before! I've gotten many compliments on my short pixie. Unfortunately I was vacationing in the area. Now I have to plan another trip to Concord NH when I need my next cut.

Been seeing the Barber at Chrome for a little while now. Great cut reasonable price and a nice selection of hair care and men's grooming products. It's awesome that he makes appointments, but you can usually pop in and be seen pretty quickly too

I just watched one of their barbers give a 45 minute long haircut. When he was done, he told me he had an appointment next. He knew I was waiting that whole time. So I had to wait, maybe another 45 minutes. Nah. Ill go somewhere with barbers not tattooed hipster posers. Ugh. Made me late for work. Good luck to those guys, they are going to need it.

I had a great experience at Chrome. This was my first visit. They came highly recommended if I wanted a more edgy cut and color for my long hair. Everyone was friendly and the atmosphere was very laid back. Megan was very nice, took her time and did a great job creating what I had in mind.

Went to the barber and had an excellent experience. Being a visitor to the concord area, and having a wedding to attend layer that day, I was able to walk in on a Saturday morning, get a great cut, with a straight razor finish, for less than $20. The interior was very eclectic and trendy, feeling more like a tattoo shop or pool hall. Two thumbs up on the service, the hair cut, and the interior.

regretting getting my hair cut here. Have long hair and wanted a few inches off / thinning. When the barber told me he was finished, I had to point out that he had missed an entire lock of hair that was 2 inches longer on one side of head. He apologized and corrected it, but then out of nowhere decided to cut an inch+ off one side of my bangs, making the cut completely uneven and asymmetrical. He didn’t seem to notice either. At this point I lost all faith in his ability to cut my hair so rather than asking him to fix it again, I left before he cut it up even more. To his credit he was decent with an electric razor and a straight blade and could probably do a good buzz cut for a man. Plus his fingers smelled like cigarettes

Getting my hair done really stresses me out and they made me feel welcome and comfortable and quickly did what I needed. There is a "ladies hair" area downstairs and "guys hair" area upstairs. 10/10 staff. 8/10 hair cut. 9/10 vibes.
