This barbershop sucks. I went in for a straight razor shave he started with a electric razor. Which was weird. But then he did a regular shave. He did not use hot foam. And he took a 1-inch chunk out of my beard. I didn't have my glasses on so I didn't notice it until after I had paid and tipped him. Then I noticed it and asked what happened here and he says oh I got it a little close there but it's not that noticeable. And that was it no offer to fix it or anything so I left will not be going back. Worst shave ever.

Before coming to this barbershop I called to ask for prices. Once I walk into the barbershop and verify the prices the barber begins to argue with my friend and I. Telling us we are lying when his website and he says that the prices are $20 for a haircut. He begins yelling and claiming the prices are $30 and $35 for haircuts. I pull up the website and even show him and his assistant the prices on THEIR website! It says $20 and $25. He starts cursing at us and telling us to leave because we are liers. I ask what his name is and tell him that I'm writing a review and he ignores me. Walks past me and as he's walking away trash talking us. NEVER GO TO THIS BARBERSHOP. If it was possible to give zero stars I would. I've had such a bad experience I must take it up with the hotel management.

Bong is terrific! We were visiting Vegas. Read the reviews on line. And were not disappointed. Great cut. Really a work of art. My teenage son has thick, wavy hair that was out of control. Bong worked with his hair and cowlicks and waves to give him a stylish cut. Inexpensive, but not cheap. Glad we came.

Great place to get your hair cut! Mr. Bong is a very nice person. Doesnt drill your head like some barbers. I like how he can go from cutting one type of hair to another, very universal. Definately comming back!

Reviews were kind of misleading imo. It’s an ok cut I received, way too short though and I specified not too short on top like another reviewer. The shop is old and inside the back of the Gold Coast.

Worst barbershop ever. Thay told me to come in at 2pm. When I got there he told me to come back in an hour. I replied that I just walked 40 min to make the 2 o'clock appointment. He replied that he is not a machine and he is taking a break and if I don't like it I can get my hair cut somewhere else.

To those people who are planning to have a haircut in here?, Pls. Be advice that the Pricing of their Service been changed to $25 for a nice, clean, tight fresh Haircut Since Two years ago? And for the extra service like Shampoo? is additional. Now if you are in budget? Pls. Try a neighbohood Barber Shop. Remember this Location is inside the Hotel And they are not an ordinary Barbers base on the reviews and Models Haircut Photos. So pls. Do the math before you call? This statement here is to correct a one review who was insisting about the old pricing of this Barber Shop. Skills are not cheap

Aufgrund der Bewertungen habe ich mich heute auf den Weg hierher gemacht. Öffnungszeiten sind nicht wie angegeben bis 19 Uhr sondern nur bis 18 Uhr. Eine entsprechende Änderung habe ich bereits Google mitgeteilt. Ich war um 17:20 Uhr an dem Laden. Drinne war alles an, nur die Tür war abgeschlossen. Das Schild OPEN blinkte. Viele Leute sagten, er macht nur kurz Pause, er kommt gleich wieder. Ich habe bis 18:10 Uhr gewartet. Also fast 1 Stunde. Niemand kam!!! Unseriös!!!

Came in with a friend from Germany who refused for almost 40 years to have a decent hair cut. Simply asked Mr. Bong to " make a new man" out of him. And boy, did he. Mr. Bong was excellent. He took his time, he was precise and he was above all super friendly. 45 minutes of precision work and 25 dollars later and a new man walked out of the barber shop. I went into The Barbershop with long hair and only a minimal idea of what I wanted. I was looking for a classic man's cut that would keep a little length on top. Bong exceeded my expectations and gave me a classic style with a killer fade. He is a top notch barber and a fun conversationalist! Give The Barbershop at Gold Coast a shot for a well priced, well done hair cut. However, call ahead and schedule an appointment to make sure you don't risk a long wait.

Mr. Bong really took care of me. I don't know haircutting lingo but told him a rough idea of what I really wanted my hair to look like. He told me what he recommends based on the shape of my head and how my hair flows so I took his judgement and ran with it. Sure enough it came out absolutely perfect. Hell...it looks better than I expected it to come out. Whenever I come back to visit Vegas I'll be coming to Bong to get my hair just right. Unique experience, you wont find places like this anymore. Claude, the owner managed to squeeze me in despite no appointment, luckily for me. Paid close attention to my requests and managed to give me exactly what I needed with no issues all the while striking a very warm conversation. Walked in to the shop, first thing I told the barber was "not too short". Then before the cut, I repeated to not cutting my hair too short again Ended up with a very dated short hair Pros: Reasonably priced, knowledgeable barber to talk to and very nice relaxing place in the Casino perfect for seniors! First off, I didn't even know that there was a barber shop inside of Gold Coast Casino. If a first timer, be sure to refer to the map at the entrance to find the barbershop in the location that it's in. Also be sure to have cash in hand for the cut because the ATM's aren't forgiving with the surcharges. That being said, the setting reminds me of an old school barbershop which I absolutely love. Mr. Bon, the man you'll be expecting to work with you is an absolute master at his craft. You communicate exactly what you want and he will give it to you. The way he cut my hair was unlike anything I have experienced before. I could not wait for my hair to grow back so I can come back.

Bong is awesome! He gave my haircut the name “woke up like dis”. He’s very particular about scheduling and likes for people to give him advanced notice if they’re going to cancel but besides that the guy is an artist. He takes his time sculpting and contouring your haircut. You won’t be disappointed.

Made an appointment for a pedicure. I was looking for a no frills, no glitz, basic service. This was the place for a value based experience. Chandra is professional, knowledgeable, experienced, personable, and affordable. PERFECT! She specializes in being mobile and will even come to your place. Don't expect a lot of colors as she is mobile to the Gold Coast, but that wasn't a problem as I still found a color to match my shirt. I set out the day before looking for a place along Flamingo and walked a mile or two from the Rio looking for an affordable place. I found two others but they smelled bad or didn't have anyone available.

My regular barber (at another shop) was on vacay, so I thought I'd give this place a try since i was at palms right across the street. It was a Saturday, so I gave the courtesy of calling ahead. The barber said "come after 4 or 5pm". I showed up at 5:15p to be told he wouldn't take me. I will never go or advise anyone go to this unprofessionally run establishment

This is without a doubt the best haircut i've ever paid for in my life. My cut was so even you'd think mr bong is a machine. However hes far from one, mr bong was easy to talk to and was quite charismatic. All in all, if you need the best haircut, and a 5 star service, go here.
