its a nightmare haircut eric (barber guy) never ask if he will cut the front hair. next time before you cut a hair ask first because you cannot return it back the hair. eventhough you know the style ask first the customer if they like or not because some customer they dont want and some they want.

I do admit they cut the best hair in town but to get their services you have to put up with rude, disrespectful and completely unprofessional service!!! Even with a appointment be prepared to wait while they talk to their friends on the phone, run to the store or take a 20min lunch break before you sit in the chair!!!!

You have to admit, they cut the best hair in town for boys and men, but to get their services you have to put up with disrespectful and completely unprofessional service. Even with an appointment be prepared to wait while they talk to their friends on the phone or fit in one of their boys ahead of you.

Took my nephew there. He was in the chair a minute and the lady called me over to tell me he had head lice and refused service, as she should. Took him home and checked myself while cutting his hair and it was just dandruff. I would think a barber would know the difference. Glad I saved money and did it myself.

Booked in person a week in advance for an appointment,, I was very upfront that I only had a 40min window and was told that would be cool, when I arrived for my scheduled time he wasn’t even there... All the barbers here are excellent at their craft but need to be honest about logistics and scheduling. I was informed later from my barber that an extended block of time is needed to be a customer and scheduling can very with great extremes?! Plus or minus 20-30 minutes from appointment scheduled. Bummer...,,

Don't bother... After waiting an hour and a half with a scheduled appointment I left with a massacre and bleeding in four spots. You can do a better job yourself with a hand mirror and one eye closed.

Great experience here - The guys greeted me when I walked in and said I would be next after the people ahead of me. My barber cut my hair and beard to my specs and edged it in with a straight razor. Everyone is having fun and joking around. Easy 5/5.

Had an appointment but still had to wait 45 min after my appointment time for a 30 min hair cut. What business does not use credit cards! Come on guys get with it. All your tip went into the $3 ATM fee, parking meter fee, and 45 min wait after my appointment time. The actual hair cut was ok. Not great but just ok. Billings Worst Barbers!

Been going here for 2 years. Their name says it all I guess. Great cut, never disappointed, but please use the Booksy App to make a rez otherwise you’ll wait forever. They’re all pros, though.
