Me. Sonya cut our 2 year olds hair and he normally cries the whole time. She was amazing...sang funny made up songs to him and made him comfortable and talked to him the whole time. Most importantly the hair cut was great. If I could leave more stars I would. Thank you!!!

Been going here for years so that says it all. The new check-in app is REALLY nice and I use it every time. I have 2 ladies that I use to cut my hair and the app tells me if they are in and how long the wait is. So if you are not using the app you should be. I will say this one negative, whoever picked out and got the "hair washing chairs" got the absolute most uncomfortable chairs known to mankind. They are absolutely terrible and I no longer do shampoos (the VIP service). The person who picked them out corporately should have to sit in one for 8 hours (actually 1 would suffice) and they would remove those chairs from every Sports Clips. Yes they are that bad and that uncomfortable. it totally kills the hair washing cucumber experience. I can say I told you so!

Love everything about Sports Clips and now living the online self check-in. My stylist is Sonya Rose but there are other good ones too. I only go to the Southaven location so that is all I can comment on. Great service and I highly recommend them.

Loved the atmosphere especially during the college world series,GO GATORS! But all in all I was totally satisfied I received a MVP and for the price I felt it was extremely reasonably! The stylist was friendly and professional,I will recommend her (Kelly Sue) and sports clips in the future!

The people here seem like they have no idea what they are doing and like they hate their jobs.. I wouldn’t recommend to come here if you’re looking for a good haircut, you’ll just be wasting your money.

The lady who cut my hair actually cut my neck, but then pretended like she didn't! She grabbed a towel and told me I needed to "hold still while I trim your hair", and she put pressure on the cut to try to get it to stop bleeding while running a trimmer over another spot over and over. She then threw the towel directly in her locker, hoping I wouldn't see the blood. Then, she said I was done. When I put my hand back and found blood, she actually acted all surprised, and said she had no idea why I was bleeding. She didn't apologize, and still charged me full price for my cut. The whole thing was absurd and insulting. She should have just apologized and found me a bandaid, instead of hiding it, and pretending my neck just spontaneously started bleeding after she finished. I left mad, and didn't get her name, but she was a heavier set woman, maybe in her 30's, with short dark hair. I'd avoid her if possible.

They dont have any barber licenses! They do not know how to to a FADE!! And worst part is she wanted a tip when I have half of my hair done! I clearly asked for a low fade! Where do yall see a low fade! Hands down worst haircut I've ever had in my life.. and...... I clearly told her to try to erase the lines that were showing! Mannnnnn I cannot Express my self anymore when I say this is the MAIN reason why women should stay out of a barber shop! Go do women's hair not mens!

They don’t understand the concept of doing their job and taking my money. They wouldn’t do anything if I didn’t give them my name, phone number, zip code, and e mail. Go somewhere else that doesn’t invade your privacy and probably sells your information to 3rd parties.
