Super friendly barbers who know their stuff. When you're there, you feel like your having a visit with your Paw Paw and his pals on the front porch. Nothing fancy but you will get what you came for. Nice little neighborhood barber shop, owned by local Alderman, Mr. Bobby Cox. I like getting my haircut here because it is cheap ($10) and there is almost never a wait if you don't care which barber cuts your hair.

Just like back in the day! Barber chairs, folks lined up, place buzzing, chatting and bad jokes flying. Love this place... I like Gerald, but Bobby is great with my kids. $10 cut, they'll do a heated foam shave, hot towels and the whole nine. Menthol rub, etc. Cant beat it!

I have been going to Cox’s since 1996. Gerald is the best barber in the world. He has mastered his craft and it’s like you’ve stepped back in time, to an old-school shop, complete with clippers, scissors, and a good shave above the ears and the nape of the neck. This type of service is a dying art, but for Gerald, Bobby, Robert, Cliff, and the rest of the crew, it’s alive and well at Cox’s.

I really like Cox S barber shop. Definitely like stepping back in time The Barbers are all really good definitely old fashioned they will not shave your face but they can trim your beard cut your hair and shave your head great price the only downside is they only take cash or check they don't take credit or debit cards so if you are heading in there to get your hair done just be aware cash or check only.
