John and DeVonna are great people and they other barbers on staff there are high quality and professional. They're the only place in the north metro I've been able to find that can do a quality military regulation hair cut and straight razors job. Highly recommended!

Today I walked in for a cut and I wasn’t greeted nor was I ever helped. I sat in their for 2 1/2 hours, nothing to me was ever said, I also wasn’t told when I’d be able to get help. No one was welcoming and I felt as if I didn’t exist. I didn’t make a scene. I walked out and the barbers went on about there day. Great work Chiselers!

Can I give zero stars? After taking my husband 45 minutes late, he got a horrible hair cut and terrible beard trim. I actually am a beauty professional. Im an aesthetician and have been in the industry 16 years and work in a high end spa we didn't have openings so I scheduled his appt here based on the reviews. If i took a client 45 minutes late, their services would be free and I'd do my BEST work. But, I'd never run that late....because I'm a professional. What's worse is that we don't have time to get this mess of a haircut fixed SOMEWHERE ELSE. My moms funeral is tomorrow.

the only thing i dont like about it is they spray something on your hair. then a hour later pimples start growing. but cutting hair wise i give it 5 stars! they know how to do the lineup so well! i havent seen anyone do it better! This is a place you should go to!

I have been coming to this barbershop for last 4 years and use to go as child with my grandfather 25 years ago. The level of service and professionalism is through the roof and has never changed through the years. With my hectic work travel schedule I have had to rotate between John, Anthony, Ms. Le, and Mr. Lee, and I am VERY comfortable with all barbers giving me a fresh cut because they all are capable of giving me the consistent cut I want. I'm new to the area and looked up local barbers. I went to a different barber in the area, I won't say the name. My hair cut was so bad I had them stop so they wouldn't mess it up any worse. I asked for a 2 on the sides and they went with no clip. I called Mrs Le and she got me in right away and hooked me up with a great haircut. I was so worried I would have to shave my head, but Mrs Le saved me. She is my new barber and I will be going nowhere else. Thank you Mrs Le and everyone else there that day that got a good laugh at my first hair cut.

I wanted to give them a second chance because they are close to my business. I had an appointment for 9 am this morning i showed up at 9:01 and the barber i had the appointment with had someone in their CHAIR! keep in mind they open at 9am so knowing i had an appointment they still sat someone down. I literally open my store late to get my hair cut. I am not waiting even 15 minutes if i have an appointment. No excuses especially when my appointment is at 9 and you open at 9. I will never be back and i will never ever recommend this place. Horrible barbers and even worse customer service

I set up 2 identical appointments with separate barbers for 7 AM Saturday morning on Thursday, I received confirmation on Friday morning. I showed up to my appointment 5 minutes early, but my first appointment wasn't seated until 7:30 AM. My second appointment's barber didn't show up until 8:00 AM, but his manager told him to seat his 7:30 AM appointment (who just so happened to be white) instead of his 7:00 AM appointment (which was me). I had to wait until my other son's appointment was complete to seat my second son, which had me leaving the barbershop around 8:30 AM which was very upsetting. Both of my sons walked away with crookedly lined hair and since the bathroom was out of order my youngest son almost urinated on himself before I was forced to take to the back of the building. This was a very upsetting experience and I wouldn't advise anyone to go to this barbershop.

I've been coming here since 2011. And IT just saddens me the way I'm treated sometimes. Well Never going here again. I've been a loyal customer to one barber for almost 5 years now and they weren't there on a day i could make it out there, so i set up an appointment with a different barber , arrive 5 mins early, He says he's a little behind. BECAUSE HE'S BULLSHITTIN with some Dude sitting there waiting for another barber. Taking his sweet time, BULLSHITTING. 17 mins go by, I get up and walk out. So rude and disrespectful. Being Social is fine, but if it literally keeps you from Getting someones hair done on time AND your next customer THAT SPECIFICALLY BOOKED YOU waiting because you wanna bullshit, then I'll take my 16 bucks elsewhere. Thank you Mrs. Lee for all your years of service. The ONLY barber there who's shown me kindness and hasn't bullshitted.
