Love going here! I had spent a few years in the wasteland of chain haircut places. They just aren't trained in cutting guys hair. Just do yourself a favor and go here. Also - call ahead. They are always packed.

My Grandpa owned a barber shop for many years and this shop really has that same, classic vibe. The haircuts are maybe $3-4 more than a commercial haircut place but are leagues better in quality. My roommate has a large, unruly beard and has it cut here as well and he always comes away looking great. Check them out, trust me!

This is a diamond in the rough. Old school barbers, honest prices, wholesome service. Paul is the best around in my opinion. Real quaint place, only 2 chairs, and the decor appears to have been in place for 30 years, but these 2 guys are the real deal for men's haircuts in Minneapolis.

This place is fantastic. I don't know how I missed it before, but apparently it's been in place 30-40 years! This is evident once you sit down and look around. I just moved into the neighborhood and wanted a nice haircut without paying exorbitant salon fees or risking a trendy cut that doesn't fit my identity at all. Caroline (works Mondays) gave me a straight-up trim the way I wanted it, and it ran me $15, which is reasonable these days. I'm delighted this place is so close to where I live, and you know I'll make it my regular barber.

Kenwood Barbers! I can't tell you how happy I am to have found this place. It's a tiny, two chair, traditional barbershop. Cash only, as far as I am aware. Which isn't a problem because the prices are so reasonable. (@ $17 for a haircut. Come on, can you beat that!?) Don't let the reasonable rates give you pause. The barbers that work here are the real deal. Lastly, you can get in and out in like 20 mins. Great shop! Props to Paul for keeping me sharp. Don't forget to schedule ahead. I'm not the only one who knows how great this place is.
