Don’t come here for a trim! I thought everything was good until I got home, took a shower! Their were so many uneven pieces of hair like they only trimmed half of my hair. Taper was mediocre.

It was my first visit to the Grooming House Barber shop. I scheduled an appointment online for 3pm. When I arrived, I waited 30 min. I sat in the barber chair after waiting and showed a picture on my phone of what I would like. The barber said " If that's what you want" then proceeded to cut my hair and didn't say a word to me the entire time. It felt very awkward. I paid my money and left. Unfortunately I will not be back. I just didn't feel the love.

Girls be all over me when I get a cut here. I be getting mad h0e$. They make me looking like a model especially their fade they take time to do it compared to other places. I can’t emphasize enough how much time they spend at least Damyn & Jibreel do. Thank you. I will never ever come here again I just looked at my hair after a day of getting it cut my lining is pushed back a little on one side also I have a scar on my head from the darkskin lady whom cut my hair I don’t think she knew what she was doing i have a cut literally on my lining from her clippers my Mohawk fade is uneven I will never ever go here.if I could give this place zero stars I would....I even tipped because it looked good at the beginning but a day after I realized that my hair is messed up lining pushed back,cuts on my head,and my Mohawk fade is uneven

I just moved into area, so I was not familiar with ant barbers. My son has not had good luck with getting hair cuts, they are always just off, or really bad. I usually go to cost cutters, fantastic sams or the like. I will never go to those places again for him. I had an appointment with ELI. I felt that ELI listened to me as the parent, but also my son. Amazing. My son hair is thick and way over due for a cut and style. ELI, took his time, to make sure it was good, not just quick.the results were phenomenal. Thank you so much!! We will definitely be coming back.

I've been on the search for a new barbershop here in St. Paul, so I decided to give grooming house a try. I definitely won't be coming back or recommending them to anyone. I booked my appointment with Jared and I asked for a simple brush fade. Upon Jared finishing I immediately noticed patches of hair he missed and the terrible line up he gave me. His terrible barber skills wasn't even worth asking for him to go over it again. Look else-where if you're looking for a cut.

Some male barbers can be rough but these guys understand the personal experience. I love the multiple TVs, the fun conversation, and the smooth barber hands. That sharp razor just can't be beat. This is the worst place on the earth to get a hair cut. The owner and Jabri are two of the sickest and stupidest people who most likely ever walked the face of the earth. They both get their kicks out of laughing at people and when you make a comment they try to find a reason to make a joke. Jabri talks about how he was a combat veteran and is seeking therapy I can see why and he is a person to be very suspicious of. I would not want nothing to do with these people anywhere on this earth.

I was a walk-in because I️ was in town on business. My stylist where I am from was out of town so I waited until arriving in Minnesota to get my hair cut. After asking around I heard great things about this location. I️ stopped in to give them an opportunity to make me a believer. I must say that the environment was nice and very welcoming. The barbers were chill and it gave me that same feeling that I had as a kid in the barbershop waiting. The “No profanity please “ signage stood out, as you don’t see that in most Barbershop’s. The downside is that the young lady that that cut my hair seemed as if she was rushing and though it looked great initially I️ did notice some of the major mistakes. If I wasn’t for supporting small businesses and she was the only barber, I wouldn’t go back. However, I️ do support small locally owned businesses and will give them a second chance when I’m in town again (which will be frequent and soon). What bothers me is that I tipped an extra $10 but felt after reassessing the situation I️ shouldn’t have tipped anything.
