Horrible 2.5hr long experience. Didn't know about the app to make appt and phone mailbox full. 90min before my son got into the barber chair. We were told the wait would be 15min. An additional hour for the haircut. We waited bc our son wanted to get his hair cut by a barber who looked like him. Subject matter, raunchy language and gruesome tv program was not a place to take a pre-teen boy.

They accept walk ins but best to set an appointment that way you dont hold up someone else's time slot. Barber was Twan and he was very detailed with the cut. Honestly had not been to a local barbershop like this one, so they for sure go the extra mile to give you what you want - so you better know what you want lol end result was clean and more than I expected. As in he did exactly what I needed. Big ups!

This barbershop is the best and Dre the Barber is your guy when it comes to a neat haircut. Dre takes time to listen and doesn't let you go unless you are satisfied with your haircut. Dre did a phenomenal job with my son! Just to give u a quick run down....my son came to mayo clinic for a second opinion on a Monday, on Tuesday he was set to have surgery on Wed. Dre fit him in and gave him a great fade so his incision would b less noticeable. We can't thank him enough for making him feel good before such an emotional time!!

I did not have an appointment when I arrived. Appointments are made through an app. I asked if they could get me in and they assured me they could. I was told it would be 15 minutes, it turned out to be 50 minutes. I finally made it into the chair and explained what I wanted. 20 minutes for the first try, explained I wanted it higher, second try still was not right but I was running out of time and needed a beard trim yet as well. I have never had a beard trim take so long either. When all was said and done, it was 1 hour and 55 minutes. I just did not have the time to explain what I really was looking for because I had places to be. I will give credit to the fact that they pay close attention to detail and I will own not doing more to explain what I wanted different. If I ever go back, I will leave more time, make an appointment, and do a better job of explaining what I need. It would have been 3 stars for what I got, but I gave 1 back because I stopped short of telling them what I wanted.

Took my boys to get their haircuts on Friday..(age 3 and 5).Dre did a great job and was very patient! Very nice staff and very accommodating!!!!! Even liked how they sold snacks and beverages while we waited!!! We will definitely be back!!!!
