My barber of 45 years retired back in 2015. He was great. I then spent about two years looking for a good barber. Finally discovered 225 Barbers last fall and immediately stopped looking. Hands down the best!

I tried both Allen Ray and Gent Cuts and wasn't satisfied. Nina at 225 Barbers does a much better job than these surrounding competitors and even charges less too. Save yourself all the hassle of picking a haircut place in downtown Minneapolis and just go to 225 Barbers.

Great barbers - I go to Rich who does a fantastic job. He's helped me fashion my head of hair and always gives me a good tip on how to style it better before I leave! I have gone to Brett before too - I like him as well as he does a great job. Overall I highly recommend!

Very clean, very nice barber salon with extremely reasonable prices and friendly staff. I was visiting Minneapolis for Super Bowl and needed a quick trim and was treated very kindly and professionally. The location is INSIDE the 225 building, on the second floor rotunda. Easy to find once you're inside!

Brett does a great job with my hair and beard, doing exactly what I want (and taking the time to make sure I'm happy) while also making suggestions about things that I could do a little different that might look/work better. Those suggestions have always been right on. I appreciate that balance of willingness to do exactly what I want but gently making suggestions based on his expertise and style. Always a great experience!

I walked-in for a haircut two weeks ago. The staff was really friendly and took me in right away. I had a wedding to attend that weekend so I didn't want too much to be taken off. The barber did a great job. He was efficient in his time without sacrificing quality. It cost $27+tip, which is more than I normally would pay, but I would go back again because I know it will look good.
