Got a simple haircut from Pablo yesterday. It turned out exactly how I wanted it. He was very careful and focused. He gave me his card in the end, will surely go back to him next time. Just ask for Pablo and you'll be set!

I've got long hair (I get that cut by a hair stylist at a salon). BUT I come here to trim the sides and back of my head down, and oooh the hot neck shave is awesome. Very friendly people. John Shawcross clearly doesn't understand humor/sarcasim or manners it seems...takes two to tango. I've personally always experienced a very friendly and positive enviroment here.

I walked out after being insulted by Pablo. He first told me he overheard me calling to make an appointment and demanding to have my haircut. Not true, I asked if I could get my haircut today. They said to be there by 10a.m. I arrived five minutes early. Then he asked me what I wanted and I said a haircut, which he said was a wiseass response. Did I want my beard trimming (I don't have a beard). After a few more confrontational remarks he said did I want to continue. So I said no thanks. Offered to shake hands and he refused. So I will never be back. In all my life I have never met such a rude barber!

My husband's hair is difficult to cut and style, not to mention it grows super fast! Although he could care less about what his hair looks like, I do! I am so excited that he's found the best hair stylist, Pablo, here at McCaffrey's. Pablo is extremely patient, thorough and talented! It showed how much time and effort he put into the haircut. I'm sure the other stylists are just as great, but do ask for Pablo because he made my jaw drop when I saw my new and improved husband

Not recommended. I was misleaded. I made an appointment for beard trim and lined up, I asked him to cut down beard just a little. He said straight no because he was running behind on schedule. I was told $10 for line up n trim, at the end he charged $20. Not cool. I had to go elsewhere afterward to get beard fixed.

Best barber around. I have been to many barbers in the area, and was getting fed up. Someone referred me to Nick over two years ago. I told him what I wanted and he delivered. I recently moved to D.C., and whenever I'm in the Boston area, the first thing I do is set up an appointment at Mr. McCaffrey's because I know I am going to get exactly what I want.

I'm in town on a contract and hit up this place based on the reviews. Pablo took care of me for a cut and a beard trim. Service is way above and beyond your average shop. Mr. McCaffrey's is more than deserving of the ratings. Bonus there's a 70 inch TV and comfortable couch while you wait.
