Professional barbers, bad clientele. I came in here to get my beard cleaned up, not to listen to your customers' unwelcome opinions about gay people. The atmosphere of your shop is dependent upon making all feel welcome, and keeping discourse appropriate for all ages, families, races, etc. You, as a business owner, absolutely should shut down any hateful or discriminatory comments made against minorities, otherwise you are not promoting a welcoming and respectable establishment.

Good group of chatty barbers just south of the Post Office. They are appointment only and accept only cash. I showed up an exhausted, cashless, no appointment made, shaggy mess and they took me in and allowed me to pay later. I got a great haircut and a great conversation (though perhaps a little too much talk and not enough hair cutting but that that is just me). In summary, these folks are excellent, though please do not try their benevolence like I did.

This Barber Shop is awesome. I like how they keep you entertain while you wait. They put on the NFL games or movies and good music. They also provide you with free wifi. The price is real good for the professional haircut!And the owner has been around since 1985. Also on Friday, Saturday, and Sundays are always real busy all the time! So be ready to wait an hour to get seen but the service is great! I'll recommend to make an appointment during the weekdays Mon-Thur for faster service.

went here for the first time today, and was hit with over the top professionalism right when I walked in the door, Anthony came right over shook my hand and welcomed me to the shop , offered water / coffees etc.. makes you feel right at home !! My barber was Shea a very personable professional type of guy , talks to you the whole time ( not the awkward silent barber) making sure your your needs are fulfilled, asking you after every cut making sure your haircut is up to your standards, great barber !! Not worth 25$ at all!!! No hospitality what's so ever, the guy was late, he put "hair fiber" in my hair with out asking if i wanted it. I was not happy with my haircut. I have a spot on my head that looks like it was just shaved off with out being blended in or anything. I will not ever go back, strongly don't recommend.

I am super picky about my barber. When I moved to town I didn't want to make the 25 minute trip to my old barber so I did some research. Not only is a good barber hard to find but they usually are expensive. Expensive does not equal better. You schedule the appointment online. It seems intimidating at first but I promise you it isn't. It's super easy. So I book an appointment as a veteran I only pay $15. Compared to the other barbers around that is cheap. Even if you aren't a veteran it's still cheap. $20 gets you a professional cut. I get compliments consistently. The owner is great and will offer you drinks. The shop is clean. The guys are accomplished and conversation is great. You never have to wait more than a few minutes to get in the chair thanks to the online scheduling. You're in, you're out and there's something about getting a fresh cut that makes you feel great.

Where to start... Joe is the absolute man. The guy can make conversation with anyone, from children to the elderly. He's very friendly guy, but this isn't a customer service first job, this a skilled job. Joe is THE most skilled barber, specifically with incredible 'fade' skills. He can do ANY men's haircut, and to the highest of salon qualities. As far far as the pricing, I've read some of the other reviews saying the pricing is "fair." Thats disrespectful to the quality of Joe's work. The other barber's quality of work are also worth way more than the $17 they charge for a haircut. The quality that Joe brings could easily warrant high end salon pricing, but that's WHAT GENEROUS TIPS ARE FOR. After visiting almost every barber shop in my area through the years, I have finally found one that is outstanding! They combine the modern-day barber shop and the old school traditions. Not only did I receive an excellent haircut at a great price, but the cut comes with hot lather and straight razor neck shave. Ian is a master of his craft! My sideburns are actually even and parallel to the floor…quite possibly the best haircut I have ever had. I highly recommend Anthony’s Barber Shop in Londonderry!

You will not find a better haircut or nicer barbers anywhere in Massachusetts. I have never been disappointed after leaving Anthony's. Sam, Joe, Amy, and Janelle are true professionals. I have Sam or Joe cut my hair every 2 weeks. There is nothing like a fresh cut and a nice shave on my neck after each haircut. Once or twice a year, splurge for the traditional barber's shave on Wednesdays or Thursdays - its a real treat. Plus, the new wifi in the waiting room is lightning fast and always keeps my kids busy when either I or my son are getting our haircuts. Anthony's is the best place in Needham and beyond for your haircut, hands down!

I am so happy I stumbled on this shop about a year ago, and I will never get my hair cut anywhere else as long as I live in the area - it is more than worth the drive from Dedham for me to come here. The owners, Joe and Sam, could not be nicer or more attentive to their customers. They listen to what you want and take their time to give you the best possible cut every time. They even do beard detailing and offer hot lather shaves a couple days per week, which is hard to find. The combination of skill, fair price, and friendly attitude cannot be beat. Best barber shop in the metro area of Boston! Also, I dont have kids yet myself, but they are often taking care of kids of all ages while I'm in there and seem great for that as well. I've been to at least 15 or 20 different barbers throughout my life, and this shop has been my hands down favorite. Come here if you're looking for your new regular shop!
