My son barber was Edgar. I texted him twice on two different occasions regarding appointments. I arrived at the time stated and he put other customers in front of my son. On Saturday I came at the time we agreed on and he stated he would cut my son for free because of him putting some one in front of him the last appointment. I waited 40 mins and noticed he did it again. I showed him the text and the times we agreed on and he had the nerve to say come back tomorrow at 10:30. This place has horrible customer service and they also don’t respect people who aren’t from their culture. It’s no point of scheduling in advance bc Edgar for sure doesn’t go by the times agreed on. Not to mention the last appointment I waited for him to get there he wasn’t even there the time I was scheduled for as soon as he walked in he put someone in front of my son and pretended he told me a different time until I pulled out the text. Don’t waste your time coming here they are disrespectful and rude.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I RATE THIS STORE ZERO STARS! I called the store the day before asking if i could get a 8 o clock appointment. The next day i come in and its already 2 people ahead of me and it was only one barber in the shop at that time. After he finished one of the guys i told him that i called the day before and made an appointment and the other customer said the same thing. Apparently since i called the store i had to wait. Thinking since i called the store beforehand they should of wrote it down in a booklet like any other barbershop. But anyway since i told the barber that i had to be to work by 9:30, you would’ve expected him cut my hair especially since we talked about it prior. I was fine with letting the 8 o clock guy get infront of me but as soon as the guy left, the barber went to grab another person. I then asked why did he take the customer that came in after me and he told me since i called the store i had to wait for another barber to come in and by this time it was already 9:15 and i arrived at the shop at 7:55. At that point i was so disappointing not only with me not getting my haircut but the unprofessional people that work there. I still have yet to find a consistent barber and i was hoping that i found the one at that barber but i was falsely wrong. THE BARBER WAS UNPROFESSIONAL AND MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE! DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE !

Avoid at all costs. They give good haircuts but it's not worth the poor service, wait time, and lack of professionalism. I went once and had to wait nearly 2 hours to get seen. I like giving places a 2nd chance just in case they were having a bad day...horrible idea. This time I went on a Monday night and did actually have to wait 2 hours. While I was waiting I saw a cockroach scurrying across the floor. In addition, one of the two barbers was just chatting on the phone taking his sweet time. I will not be giving this place a 3rd chance and I highly advice you dont even give them A chance. I asked the barber to trim my beard and next thing you know I'm rocking a chin syrap/neck beard. Do not waste your money or time!

First of all there only 2 barbers here that can actually cut good- but this place has Lots of scheduling problems, they don’t have set hours of operation so the barbers just come in when they want at anytime. You could show up at 9 am on a Thursday and there is nobody there and nobody will show until almost noon so there’s 3 hours of waiting right there . Never seen a business with absolutely no set hours of operation. They really Don’t seem to care about what you have to do when it comes to how they straggle in . They Smoke from a bong in the back during business, while customers are in the shop , and you can smell the smoke coming from the rear. They don’t have any regard for customer satisfaction. if you have time to wait 3-4 hours for a haircut then , this is the place for you. They stroll in with no regard for your time or needs . Terrible ownership and no supervision and owner doesn’t care if you complain , he simply laughs your concerns off and acts like he doesn’t understand what your saying ,as long as you keep giving your money, he really could care less .Next stop- Board of barbers commission to report unethical and unlicensed barbers working at this establishment. Trust me when I say - I will not stop until they are shut down.....!!!!!!!

This place is very dope, been coming here for a few months, Anthony cuts my hair and I will say he is one of the best, if not thee best barber at the shop, yes the wait can be a lil long at times, especially if you don't get to know a barber and make an appointment, so I recommend all just try and make an appointment to avoid walk in waits....but I can deal with a wait here and there, I personally dont want a barber who rushes haircuts because he's not giving you the quality time you've paid for.

are you trying to find a quick place to cut your hair? This place is not the place to go. If your just walking in be prepared to wait for over 3 hours. I showed up this morning only seeing 4 people waiting for a cutt, to only think ima be in and out. After an hour and thinking that I’m next I realize new people coming in and get a cutt before me. When I asked how long it was going be he had told me another 3 hours after an hour of waiting. After I explained that I’ve been waiting for about an hour he then tells me that people had called ahead and placed a spot for themselves. Waisted an hour and a half for this place that makes no sence. Came to a strictly only open for reservation barber shop. If I could give 0 stars I would, place is just disappointing.
