Went there twice. First time was a good experience, was very satisfied with the service and the haircut. The second time however, was very disappointing. The shop seems to be a first come-first serve style of business. I waited while there were 2 people ahead of me, and after that became increasingly irritated as it seemed others were being taken that had come in after me. Not one person working in the shop looked at me, let alone spoke to me. After a woman who came in with 3 small, loud children that was immediately taken and I was once again passed over, I left. I called and let them know that their customer service and management skills need some serious improvement. Everyone working there should at least acknowledge the customer's presence when they come through the door; despite how busy it may be.

Brian did great work! Professional, friendly and clean barbershop that's been around for 16 years. This was my first time going to a barber and it was a great experience for a great price. I asked for my undercut to be trimmed and this design to be cut in, it turned out great. I'll definitely be back.

I have been patronizing this facility for over a decade. Perfect basic haircut. My barber was a Korean woman, Judy, who recently retired. She is highly skilled and doesn't rush. Be prepared to wait. She has a dedicated clientele. The other barbers also practice their craft with pride. None of them rush through their customers. Care and dedication is what you will notice.

Great Barber Shop. My son is 1 and recently got his haircut here. The barber was patient and made sure my son was comfortable. Better than "kids cuts" or "cartoon cuts". Will be returning for another cut soon.

Carlos and his team of well trained and proffesional barbers are top notch! All of them are extremeley kind, respectful and know what they are doing when it comes to cutting hair. I've been going to this barber shop for about 9 years and will continue to do so not just out of sheer loyalty, but out of trust that they will do a good job. And boy do they meet your expectations and more! I highly recommend you trying them out if you are looking for a new barber. You won't Regret the experience!

Great Haircuts. Professional staff. I witnessed an unpleasant transaction with a customer who misread or misunderstood the age requirement for a child’s haircut. The customer was very rude even though he was clearly in the wrong. The entire barber shop handled the situation professionally and correctly in my opinion. The new lady Sandra did a great job filling in for my main man Tho. I’m relatively new to this area (originally from Aspen Hill) but I look forward to doing business here for years to come.

You can tell everyone here is so talented very nice & a great atmosphere. Very busy so if you don’t go on a light day you’ll have to schedule an appointment. Love that I’ve found this shop. I visited many others for my son only for his hair to get messed up. From now on I will be sure to plan ahead so that I can get the barber I want.

I must say, the place is very clean and professional. I did enjoy the service. The haircut I got was okay: the right side is a little short than the left side of my face and the front of my head is a tad shaky. I'm very picky with my hair, so I took that notice pretty seriously. If the haircut has met my standards, I would've given a great tip, and they would've had a new and consistent client. Nevertheless the haircut I got was fine. It wasn't the best (I've had better barbers before but I wanted to give that barbershop a chance) but it was fair enough. For fifteen dollars, I believe other clients will feel okay to get their haircuts there, especially for their friendly service and their exceptional price!

Clean shop, good barbers and decent prices. Best to go on a weekday. Carlos does appointments online but Fridays and weekends you can be made to wait a long time sometimes even after you book an appointment.

I use to take my son here to his favorite barber to get his hair cut. Then found out that the barber & the boss lady had an argument & the barber left. Then I tried to take my son in again to a different barber & was told they are not taking walk in's anymore. I was told I had to make an appointment online. Which I tried to do but it wouldn't let me schedule the appt. For the barber I wanted. So they lost a faithful customer. I know take my son to Finnesse Barbershop. You don't need an appt. and they will openly invite you to their chair to cut your hair. I've never been happier & my son loves Victor or Jay to cut his hair. Bye! Colesville Barber

Just left and am now taking my son to another shop to clean up whatever was just done to his hair. I dont recall us asking for a bowl cut, and I I shouldnt have to ask the woman to go back and cut his sides and back after thats all we asked for coming in. If you want a bowl cut that looks like it was done with a machete...this is for you.
