First and last time a go there. They are very unprofessional. Bad music. They talk over their costumers. Real loud they talk on the cell phone while the cutting. The guy on the first chair on the right. Pushed my sons headline back. And cut him a razor. Since I’m dark skin. They didn’t know that I Am Spanish from Honduras and I speak Spanish. They was talking bad a bout my son and me. And other costumers. Never go there again.

The OWNER of the shop has bad customer service and is very rude. I'm asking a simple question and he raises his voice at me. How UNPROFESSIONAL! The owner should consider giving up their ownership and finding another job because he obviously does not know what customer service is. RUDE OWNER!!!

This place is very unprofessional and they have no respect for the costumers. I went there two weeks a go. 4 of July came in to the shop. The barbers ignored me I waited almost 2 hours. I was one of the first costumer. They cut 5 costumer that came after me the dark skin barber told me straight up that he’s not going to cut me. I asked him why. He said because I don’t want to. I told him. I was waiting for two hours. Why he didn’t told me that when I came in. And I asked the other guy . And he told me the shop was closing. And they did it to a other guy that was there too. Never never go there again. Bad business.

The freshest fade in Baltimore. Don't go anywhere else. Just moved here from LA and was looking for a barber to match the west coast level. I hate to break it to you LA, Blueprint has you beat. This is a new hot Dominican Barbershop with a little NY flare. The barbers are young professional, talented barbers who treat you like family. My son and I go every week and he looks forward to it. The shop is clean and inviting and the prices are more than reasonable. I know how hard it is to find a barber you can trust but these guys are legit. I am giving them 4 stars based on skill, professionalism and shop appearance.

The worse barbershop in town. I been in many barbershop. this one has to be the worse operating business that I have ever went. I don’t know how the state of Maryland give a business lisence to this people They are very unprofessional. I went there around 1pm. I waited for a hour no one say hi to me. I ask the guy in the first chair he told me that he got 3 costumer. Ok I wait. He sit down looking at he phone. He went outside talking on the phone. I waited after he cut the third costumer. And I stand up. He told me hey bro. I not your turn. I have 2 more. I got real mad. So they start taking in Spanish about me and other costumers. So I asked the other barber. He told me no I don’t want to cut you. So I stand up and left Never go there again.

Worse Barbers ever. I told them that I don't want short hair. Just cut the edges and I want them to remain long. At the end of day I can't even look at my self. My chair was opposite to the mirror and couldn't see what was happening. They focus more on gossiping with each other rather than cutting hairs.

Hands down the best shop in Baltimore. People who complain about having a hard time getting a cut are the same ones who are content with a fade from Sports Clips. Ask for Jonathan, his English isn’t the best but he tries and his Fades make up for the language barrier 100%... just call in advance or walk in and make an appointment so you don’t have to “wait around” like so many people on here are complaining about. If you decide to be a walk-in and see someone else walk in and go straight to the chair, they probably had an appointment.

I been here few times price is fair. Last two time they just told they done at 630 they close at 9. I felt like they don’t wanna make money they all sitting on there chairs talking but when you ask them if they can cut your hair they have excuses. I am seriously done with this barber shop. The atmosphere is great and all the barbers are friendly and hold the typical barber shop conversation. I’ve gotten to know them and they make you feel very welcomed. Blueprint Dominican Barbershop is the best barbershop in Baltimore County. The barbers provide precision harcuts and shaves with full service including heat towel and straight razor. It is a fun, busy and yet family friendly atmosphere. Prices are reasonable and service is excellent.

I’ll keep it simple: 1) When they cut your hair, it’s a 5 star cut. $25 haircut + tip gets you everything including the razor, hot water cloth and face message (depending on barber). BUT everything else about this place sucks and the bad reviews are correct. 2) Barbers don’t want to cut, they sit and make you wait hours while they play video games, eat, and talk on phone. 3) Their rude as can be. Don’t welcome you, don’t speak to you, treat you like s**t because they know you need the cut. 4) They make you feel uncomfortable when you ask “how many people you got”. 5) They speak Spanish to each other and don’t even acknowledge you. If your use to this kind of behavior and know how to demand the respect you need to function in this environment then it’s worth it. If your timid, shy and scared to speak up for yourself...go somewhere else.

I came here cause I wanted to get my haircut from a totally different place where I won't ever went to get a haircut. Overall the guy cut my hair okay, I wasn't really excited about my haircut. I was hoping to like this place if my hair cut came out great. And I don't think the guy that cut my hair was TOO excited to see me cause I went in really early in the morning like around 10am. Haha. Lol. But whatever I would come by if I needed a haircut at the last minute.

Do not enter!!!! Real simple, do not greet! Have a clientele built up, so if your a walk in do speak up and be prepared to feel like your a nobody, because that's the reaction you will get from them. If your punctual, this place is for sure not for you, be prepared to wait even with an appointment. Listen to the reviews and find somewhere else. My co worker has been going there for sometime. He tolerates it but did warn me that this is the reason why they have so many bad reviews. And it smells like weed in their everytime you walk in, so keep the kids at home, very vulgar ignorant atmosphere!!!

Two days ago I walked into this place after finding it on Google Maps. It was about 7:10 pm. There was only one barber there, he was cutting someone's hair and there were two people waiting. This bozo didn't say hi, welcome, or any greeting at all. He simply looks at me and says, I'm closing after these two customers. I said, Dude the hours online and on your door say you close at eight o'clock?! He replied the same thing again. No sorry, no I apologise for the inconvenience sir, no nothing. WTH kind of attitude and service is THAT?? I told him what I thought and left. NEVER going in there again, they clearly don't know the first thing about customer service or manners and apparently they don't want paying customers either. Terrible. Qué lástima que pongan tan mal ejemplo para los demás latinos, ya que algunos de nosotros SÍ tenemos buenos modales. Una verdadera vergüenza.
