Awesome place!!!!! Owners and staff are friendly, great atmosphere! They always do a great job with my haircut. I have not found a barber as good as Deuces. Other barbers in Albuquerque don't come close to the professionalism that Deuces provide.

My hubby and five year son got haircuts today here. My sons fauxhawk was great and done well, the barber's name was James. My husbands haircut was TERRIBLE...he asked for a number2 at the shortest and the barber started at a zero and said, "Oh, you said start at a zero, right?" Don't let Joe cut your hair...unless you like high razor fades. There was hair all over the floor from all days previous cuts and when my hubby went to pay they told him all they would accept was cash and didn't provide a receipt.

I've gotten my hair cut there twice, which was fine. After that I tried to get my haircut three times on three different occasions, usually on Sunday, they closed early. Their hours say until 5 but you are lucky to get your haircut by 2 before they close for whatever reason. Done trying to get my hair cut there...will go across the street to Great Clips. They are also not great but at least they stay open during their hours of operation.

Why would you post your open until 6pm and the doors are locked before 5pm. And then while I'm getting back in my ride, another customer pulls up, yanks on the door as I did, flips off the door a Cpl times while making sexual gestures (which I did not do) and what do u know... The door mysteriously opens for him lol... Wow... I guess next time I'll try what he did...

This place is run by a couple brothers from northern new mexico that know nothing about customer service. If you want to have your kids hear F bomb nonstop go here. If you want your haircut done by a wanna be dj that cuts hair on the side that just was released from jail that morning and has on the ankle bracelet to prove it ,go here! This place and the people in it are a joke much like the haircuts. If you want to look them to maybe just shave your head then maybe, but other than that stay away!

They are great with sons hair. It’s very thick and hard to manage. My husband started going there as well. They both look handsome. No fluff, in and out. Once, they cut my sons hair last minute when they were ready to leave and close for their Christmas Party. We also had an event that night and my son NEEDED a haircut. I appreciate that.

Sunday-Monday 9am-5pm-ish and Tuesday- Saturday 8am-7pm-ish. That's their business hours. First off, who runs a business like that? Second, it's currently 3:00 on a Sunday and they're closed. This is the third time in 3 days I've come here for a haircut and they're closed. It's ridiculous. I'm done coming here because they're trash at cuts and terrible with their hours. So now I'll go across the street to Great Clips for service I know is avalible, with people who know what they're doing. Thanks Duces!

I've given this place the benefit of the doubt at least 3 times, my fault. We've been there at least 7 times & customer service was bad every time & maybe 2 out of the 7 times, we were happy with the haircut. Today will be the last time I give my money to them. Good haircuts when they are open. I have gone several times during their normal business hours only to find that they are closed. This is inconvenient. The last time I visited I found out now they only accept cash, so be prepared as I was not. This is also an inconvenience.

This place is great! From a small town with no barbers close so while in NY I figured why not stop and get a cut. Walked in and was greeted by Ariel, after showing him a picture and talking for a minute I sat down and proceeded to watch him take my 4 year mess of hair and turn it into exactly what I wanted. Awesome experience, really good conversation and the little TV with prison break was a nice touch. Not to mention that it was only 37 for a cut, beard trim and clean up! Don't know about the other places around but I would most certainly recommend them to anyone

Been to this barber shop a couple times before today and got DECENT haircuts that were okay.. Not the best but not terrible. So i give them another chance because their location is convenient, and i needed a haircut for the event i was going to after. I tell the barber whose name was Bobby, specifically what i wanted, it was simple, nothing crazy. And as he starts to cut i remind him AGAIN what i want and he says "ok homie ya i got u dog, imma do u up real nice" as he is cutting my hair i can already tell he isnt doing what i asked, SO I REMIND HIM A 3RD TIME!!! The guy must be slow or have some kind of disorder because he completely jacked my hair up, and did the exact opposite of what i asked for. Even after all the reminders. Like wow "bro" really? I will never go to this heinous barber shop again. I would rate it zero stars if it was an option. Worst barber shop in albuquerque, i would rather go to the great clips across the street!

Take my boy there he loves it and I get my haircut from them as well and are very frendly only talked to James the owner once when getting my hair cut and talked about my cancer I didn't go back for a couple months but when I did he asked how I been and has always been friendly since the first time I got my hair cut from him . Good to know people care even about a stranger and not only look at you as money that pays there bill will always go here with me and my boy. Everyone else there is nice as well always welcoming and telling you thanks you have a good day even if they didn't cut your hair.

If I could leave no stars I would, I came to this barbershop a few weeks ago at the recommendation of my cousin and they did a great job the first time...so I decided to go back again for a haircut yesterday, I asked for a simple fade and to blend the sides and a line up in the front! I got a fade but he did not blend it at all at the top or even a line up, I had to go home and actually cut my own hair!!! That’s how much hair was left and how bad he did, I could cut it myself! I called this morning and told someone the issue and he was asking if i took pics he could see, I said no I cut it before I went to work so didn’t think to take a pic I was rushing to work!! He said come in well fix it right up for you, I thought ok give them a chance, I get there and they tell me I need to wait behind a line of ppl. 1) I live in the south valley so I made a long drive TWICE to get a haircut and than to fix their mistakes! And 2) I didn’t get an apology, or a refund or anything showing remorse, and I got this haircut for a birthday party! So thank you to Deuces Barbershop, id recommend super cuts before you go here! Save your time, money, and breathe with this place!

Deueces Barbershop always has me looking fresh, I've gotten movies roles , because of their amazing cuts. They really are a cut above the rest. Every barber in the shop has skills.
