Came in as walk in. There is no wait, I was taken care of quick. I showed a picture to the barber and he gave me a great haircut. It was a little tighter and shorter than picture but it still looked good. I felt like I was being cared for and wasn’t rushed. You can tell the barbershop is fill with talent. Got a great haircut by Steve one time. Went in the other day no customer service at all. Waiting 45 mins for all the barbers to tell me they were closing. Won't use again.

I walked in for my sons haircut at about 7:00 p.m. They have a guy sitting at the desk playing on his phone. I said can I get a cut with someone. He said no I'm leaving and goes back to playing on his phone. Ummm ok what about the other guys? He said you have to go ask each one if they WANT to do it. What?! Great customer service. The other guys were both finishing up cuts, but said nope they were leaving. At 7? One guy says after we are walking out come back tomorrow we are here till 9 everyday. I'm like except today? They were dead. Lazy and terrible customer service. Give your money to a business that wants it.

BEWARE of the spanish guy named henry. I went there for the 1st time after reading good reviews of this barber shop. When i told the guy what i wanted he said he knew what i wanted. Turns out he clearly didn't conprehend what i asked for. When i asked for him to fix my hair, he tried to charge me double. Then he said i had asked for that type of cut, which i clearly did not. The manager here did a good job trying to fix the situation. Unfortunately i will not be returning.
