Came in at opening time. I usually wait about 15 to 20 min if all spots are full. But today the girls decided that they werent taking anyone back unless it was all at the same time. Saw Casey look at the waiting room with 7 people waiting, then walk away to go get coffee. Took them all 40 min to call another person back while they chatted and did other things. You clearly dont know customer service at the hammond location. Because what's the point in taking a break after doing one haircut a person? Wont be back for sure. Edited to add since the owner called me a liar in their response. Yes I saw them chatting. They were talking about getting their nails done. They were at the computer in the lobby. Everyone heard. Yes a child threw up in the room. But the child threw up 10-15 min AFTER the first round of clients were done. I saw the girls chatting and I saw Casey get a cup of coffee BEFORE the child threw up. If Saturdays are your busiest days, then you would try to get through the people waiting in the waiting room. There were about 6 men that signed in after us. Doesnt have to do with time. Has to do with customer service. I don't want a refund. Because I paid for a service. Dont call me a liar saying I didnt see them chatting. When myself and 2 other people in the room were about to walk out because it was taking too long. Sounds like you dont like hearing the bad that happens. Good luck with your business

One of my favorite and only spots to go get my hair cut. The staff is super friendly and great at what they do. They also offer beer and drinks at door and super comfy waiting room.

Awesome place with 5 star customer service and cuts. Complimentary beverages, hot steam facials with every shampoo, and a fun atmosphere. If you need to look sharp, this is the place to go.

Stopped here because nothing else was open, but Im so glad I did. Crystal (or maybe Krystal?) was fantastic. I had no idea what I wanted or what my hair was even able to do glancing at styles online but she was able to figure out a style that I love just in time for an upcoming business trip. Slightly more expensive than similar places but well worth the extra money. I left feeling like a brand new man.

Good Haircuts, BUT hours are too limiting, they are going after the Professional market, but us Professionals commute and can't always be in before 6PM. They need to expand the evening hours to that of general haircutting of 8PM on Weeknights.

First time visiting I went in the late afternoon and revived a hair cut in record timing (rush to get off work). Second time visiting hair was not cut as asked and really just sloppy work like not wanting to be there. Also definitely not worth 22$ at all plus my steam towel smelled of mildew. Would just like to add that my sideburns were not even trimmed. My friend who only cut hair twice gave me a better hair cut. (P.s. this is not all workers here. This is just my unluckyness)

Got a sharp cut here that made me look like a butch lesbian for a while, which unfortunately was actually a good look for the time. Real personable and tough-country types there. Refrain from mentioning your favorite band is Gorillaz, however.
