I didn’t have the best experience when I walked into the headz up barbershop but the Manager called me about my post and said he would correct the situation. Thank you Quincy! I will write a more accurate review after I try this place again.

I was charged as if I got a razor shave with my haircut. But I only got a clipper shave. She didn't ask me if I even wanted any shave so I would have an opportunity to decline. On top of that her credit card reader conveniently didn't work. I went to the ATM but I didn't realize I had the card for my old account. I went back and she asked one of the other barbers to use his machine so he added on another $1 to my already ripoff priced haircut. Not happy. I let her know I was just passing through on the way to a wedding so I think she was just taking advantage of me since she knows I'll never be back. I still had the decency to tip her $3. I think she said her name was Brandi or Heidi. By the way she did a rush job because her manager was asking her how long it would take just a few minutes after I sat down.
