They do an excellent job. I have seen places like this all of the country that are like old timey traditions barbers but no were near as reasonable priced as this. Great staff that does a great job. And it's right there in down town on the river.

I've always brought my boys here & have never had one complaint! I'm a woman but they've always treated me with the utmost respect! Bart Eaton has cut my youngest son's hair since he was 4 ! He's almost 14 now ! We love doing business there!

Ever since I showed up here many years ago it’s not only for the haircut it’s for the since of family. When I first sat in that middle barber chair and told Bart what I wanted little did I know I would be meeting one of my best friends to this day. These guys are more than just barbers to most of us they are another part of our families. To me not knowing many people in this town when I first started going here friendships grew and now I have people that I not only go to for a haircut but for the conversation and the overall great experience. As a reference from the game of thrones from this day till my last day City barber shop will always have my business and as we say in the south we take care of our family

Beyond the one ⭐️ Review, whose author completely misstated the interaction that happened that day, we were not rude, we simply stated that we do not cut women’s hair and apologized. All the while saying ‘yes ma’am, no ma’am’ etc. After all, it is a BARBER SHOP. We cater to men and boys. Our haircuts are a fairly priced $10. Especially compared to most beauty shops. Maybe the one ⭐️ woman wanted a $30 beauty shop cut for $10. Is that truly fair to the barber trying to make a living? To anyone reading this, we have worked hard to build our business the best way we know how: hard work and sacrifice. It is a shameful person who would attempt to torpedo everything we have worked so hard to build. All the while, calling us bigots! and worse. But, Thanks for your time. I hope to see you at the shop!

I moved to the area about 2 1/2 years ago and I’ve always had my hair cut here. Friendly people and you’ll get a good laugh from the barbers. I go to Katey every time because she does a great job, but I’ve heard good things about the other barbers too! Love it here!

The stylist Katie I think her name was or maybe Sarah not sure cuz she didn't introduce herself was rude and ruined my 14 year old son's hair. She didn't listen to what we asked and cut it way too short and went way too high in the back. The place was cute like an old time barbershop and the girl who checked us out was friendly. There was hair all over the floor and from what I understand you are supposed to sweep after each client. We definitely wouldn't go back and if we ever did for some reason have to we for sure wouldn't go to her again. Wish I could tell you her name for sure she had shoulder length brown hair and her chair was in the middle spot of the shop. My son is so upset and if you have a teenager you know how important their hair is to them. We will be going back to Michelle at studio 318 and only reason we didn't go is she didn't have an opening and we had to get it cut today! We went on a recommendation of a family member but nope never again!!
