Awesome awesome shop. One of the only real barbers in Lexington. All the guys here are masters of their craft and I have never seen anyone walk out disappointed. Wait can be long sometimes, but the quality of the cut is well worth it.

I asked to have my head shaved and my beard trimmed. The barber only used clippers. My head is patchy. My neck still is covered in hair. There are stray hairs on my cheeks that weren’t cut. And he lobbed off my sideburns in a very strange place. I’m literally going to have to reshave my head and neck to correct all the rough patches. And I’m probably going to shave off my beard to start over. I’ll completely disappointed. I’ll NEVER come back.

This place does not keep track of who's next. I just sat in this place patiently waiting for over an hour and got skipped over 3 times by people that came in after me. I'll take my money elsewhere from now on. I have 3 children and myself would have gotten haircuts here for a long time to come but they should have thought about that. IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER I arrived at 1055 and left at 1205 When your staff walks over the waiting area looking confused about who's next then there is a problem. I asked you if I needed to sign in and you told me someone would be with me and to take a seat. The woman in the corner was waiting for a specific barber and she wad before me. Since she didn't speak up your employee pointed at a guy who had been there for maybe 10 min and said I guess it's you. I'd suggest having someone sign people in like all the other barber shops do so that people without integrity can't skip the line.

One star only because I can't post or there would be ZERO stars!!!! I have been taking my son to Larry and his guys for 5 years. Today they truly disappointed. My son gets the exact same hair cut every time! A fade with it longer on top with a hard part. they buzzed my sons whole head! For $17 when I called Larry he hung up on me! GREAT customer service! I wouldn't recommend this spot to ANYONE

I would give 0 stars if I could. Worst guy EVER!!! i might have as well gotten a hair cut from a blind man. They will always give you a buzz cut regardless of what you say. I gave this man explicit instructions to give me a LIGHT TRIM and he ignores me and starts cutting off all of my hair on my sides. He then leaves a giant bush at the top so i have a great bulge of hair now. Thanks a lot man. The world would be better if you just quit your job

If you want a perfect haircut this will be your place. I moved to Lexington 5 years ago, and I was in need of a barber, I visited at least 6 other barber shops over a three-month period disappointed wasn't the word for the haircut I received, I could have done a better job myself with a pair of beard trimmers. Someone on Facebook sent me to Buckhorn barber shop and Larry cut my hair for the first time and my haircut was exactly right it was perfect. I moved from Lexington to Somerset Kentucky and I still make the 200 mile round trip to get my haircut. They moved from Buckhorn to their current location Mister Cuts & Company, Larry has several Barbers working for him now and I promise you every one of them is a Grade A barber.

Customer service is lacking like crazy specially with JP!!! He acts like he's the only barber in lex that can cut hair and it's not like he's out this world with cuts! He's just alright!!! He lost two customers because his lack of communication skills and customer service!!! ✌

I've received (and have future appointments) haircuts from a Vietnamese man name Kim. If you notice, I denoted his ethnicity to say that this is by far the most diversed, professional, and comfortable barbershop in the city of Lexington. I also mentioned his ethnicity to state that because of their diversity inside the barbershop, they're able to style any type of hair and deliver great quality! Asking questions about the types of different hair cuts yielded me with well though-out responses. The barbers dont rush through haircuts to increase productivity, but focus on their craft for grade A quality. Pricing is on par with competitors, if not slightly lower, but customer service and quality is what drives it home! I definitely recommend Mister Cuts!

Always go here for my haircut. There barbers are really good and detailed. There can be a bit of a wait though if you don't make an appointment. Prices are reasonable, haircut will run around $19+tip. Would recommend!

I have been looking for a good barber in the Lexington area and was recommended this shop by a friend. I went this morning for a haircut and was very impressed. Great customer service, quality, attention to detail, etc. from Larry. The standard haircut is 17 bucks and if you get other things done like shaping up a beard, it's 4 or 5 bucks more. It's a little pricey but worth it if you want awesome service and have a haircut that is more complicated.
