Great barber shop! The location on Dundee is great, easily accessible, and within walking distance to other establishments in the area, (i.e. Heine Brothers, Great Flood Brewing, Dundee Tavern, etc.). Atmosphere is low key, relaxing. Regardless of who cuts your hair, you will not be disappointed. Great place!

I always look forward to getting my haircut at the loop. The laid back atmosphere is perfect for those stressful days. The staff and owner are as friendly as they are skilled, and even remember my name. It does cost a little more, but in a day and age where a coffee can cost 7 dollars, I don't mind spending a little bit extra for a superior experience and result.

I asked for a half inch of hair to be cut off and about 2 inches were cut off. If the barber had just gave me the haircut that I asked for it would have been fine. This should not be acceptable in jobs like cutting people’s hair to just do whatever you want instead of what the customer asks. I will not come here again.

Not a good haircut. The woman who cut my son's hair ( woman farthest from the front door) was asked to cut it short over the ears and thin it out to make it lay right. She cut it up over his ears, but the row of hair closest to his ears was a full centimeter longer than the rest of the sides of his hair. She didn't thin it out at all. So it looked like there was a helmet of hair. I had to cut his hair again when we got home to at least make the all the same length. We won't return.

Have had my haircut there for the past year. Doesn't matter who cuts your hair it's going to be a quality cut. Prices a little steep at $17 a go but they take there time and make sure you you look your best.
