(10/10) Haircut. The two stars is because I was informed (AFTER MY HAIRCUT) they did pricing based on how long your haircut takes. Mikayla (the stylist) and I talked a lot, so it took her 60-70 minutes to do my hair and beard. (They didn't have anyone in the waiting room, so I didn't think anything of it.) My haircut was not anything special. It was the MVP, free upgrade to the double since it was my first time at this location. Mikayla (the stylist) said she should be charging me for three haircuts and the beard, but instead would only charge me for one haircut and a 15 minute beard trim. Came out to $24 for the haircut (expected), and $15 for the beard (unexpected). $39 for a haircut at Sport Clips. I've never been charged more than $5 for a beard trim at any other location. I called the location I usually go to. They said if the excessive time was because we were talking; that's on the stylist. As for the beard, that location would not have charged the $15, AND they hadn't heard of any locations doing that.

Appeared very knowledgeable in hair cutting •Price, reasonable •I took her suggestion for a better quality shampoo/conditioner Two things concern me: ability to get haircuts from her in the future and how long she'll stay at this shop. These National haircut chains don't retain their staff very long, probably because of poor income to the cutter. My past haircut person in Oregon was a constant, saw her for more than 15 years. I saw her and only her every time...Loved it

Tried SportsClips because my regular barber I’ve seen for over a year had to cancel day-of but I’m fairly confident I’m gonna switch long-term. I had Mikayla and she did an amazing job, was extremely informative on what she was doing, why she was doing it, what products she was using, what they did, why she used them given my specific hair type, and how I could make it look as great as it did when I left today everyday. Shampoo chairs have massagers in them which was a cool surprise too. Def would recommend to any guy considering changing stylists/barbers.

Just went to this location for the first time to get my sons hair cut and had a great experience. They put the other store we used to go to to shame honestly.. Crystal was his stylist and she worked wonders on his head. He looks like a totally different kid. She even gave him a shampoo after, hot towel treatment and the massage.
