This is the first time my husband has visit this location and he was extremely impressed with the service. Ashleigh Peters took amazing care of him. He normally just goes to the local barber put decided he wanted to go somewhere that offered full service hair care for men. Ashleigh did a great job trimming his beard and turned him on to some great products to maintain it. He will definitely go back to Ashley again! Wish we could give her more than 5 stars.

I'd tried many different places and many different haircuts before I found Tiffany at Sole Patch. She's thorough, precise, and consistent (I've gotten the same cut for over a year now, and it looks perfect every time) and although I've never had another stylist here, it seems to me that that attitude is part of the shop itself; I'm sure all the rest of the staff is just as committed. They're knowledgeable and professional and can point you in pretty much whatever direction you want to go. The shop itself has a laid-back but professional atmosphere, and I'd absolutely recommend it to anybody looking for a quality haircut. $30 for a haircut isn't the lowest price in town, but the experience is definitely worth it.

Danielle, my usual stylist, is super laid back and always does an amazing job on my hair. In the rare cases she's not available, one of the other stylists will fill in and still do a great job because of the detailed notes they keep on each customers' hair. It's an easy, A+ experience and I highly recommend it to anyone.

I found this place about seven months ago when I had moved to the eastern side of JoCo and I wish I would have known about it sooner. I see Lindsay for haircut and beard trim every two weeks and she kills it, every time. I highly recommend sole patch to the men who want a little more than the cheap haircut they’ve been getting. I have been getting my haircut by Tiffany at Sole Patch for a little over a year now and I've never had a better haircut. This location always has a positive atmosphere with staff that makes all of its patrons feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Even when Tiffany is not available, her detailed notes allow for me to get the same great haircut from any of their stylists. Although I no longer live in close proximity to this location, I will never go anywhere else in KC for a haircut or shave. Keep it up!

My boys and I have tried many places for our haircuts, and we were lucky enough to find Mario at Sole Patch. He was recommended to us by two families within the same week! He's honest, has great recommendations and is up on of the latest trends, etc....even more important when you have a teenager! The Prairie Village location is great and is where we went until Ron and Mario opened their second KC location on 47th Avenue in KCK (right by a bunch of great restaurants which is just an added bonus). I can't say enough about the new location - cool vibe/atmosphere, and we've been fortunate enough to go to other stylists at both locations, too. Never disappointed, so you should be confident with whoever you get an appointment with! Make sure to add the "head rush rinse" - talk about a way to relax after a tough day - only $10!

I've been looking for a great place that understands how to cut men's hair consistently and can put to practice what I tell them to do beyond the typical "number two on the sides and finger length on top." Great Place! I have been going to Mario for a few years now and followed him up to the new store! It's a very nice, clean place where they take care of you. Everyone there is great, and I have always left satisfied everytime I go. They have a Promo going right now.... Call up and get your haircut by the girls and let them show you how good they are and a cut is only $20! Well worth the money, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place for a haircut!

Alright, so I'm the kind of person who doesn't really care about haircuts. I mean, a cut's a cut, right? That's how I used to be, anyway. But after coming here, I understand the difference between the cheap chain haircuts and quality follicle craftsmanship. So I made an appointment with Ashleigh, and I don't really know how to describe haircuts in a review. Worst haircut ever! Barber had no clue about what I was asking for. She basically chopped off all my hair and left a patch on the top. I asked for a low taper fade with a heavy top. She did not blend the fade right, and was grumpy when I tried to tell her what I wanted. Save yourself, especially if you need to look professional for work! It's going to take me weeks grow my hair out and get it cut by a real barber.

I'm super picky about my hair. I have natural curls, lots of body, and waves. It's not an easy thing to keep it looking great. One bad haircut and its weeks of misery. I found Lindsay on a whim. She is amazing. I love the way she cuts my hair and she is an angel of a human being. I strongly recommend her! Been going to Sole Patch for a couple of years and love it. It's a little pricey, but they don't hard sell product or do automatic upgrades like some places. The Head Rush is only $10 and I think it's a huge bargain. It's great to have one stylist for over a year now, since there is a lot of turnover in the industry. Makes the extra cost well worth it for me. Tiffany is my stylist there, super fun, great at her job, and I love that she's serious about this being her career. I'm sure everybody else is great, but she's my gal and i highly recommend her.
