I am a recent widow of almost a year. My son wanted to try a barber instead of having his hair cut at a traditional strip mall shop. We tried OnPoint for the first time last month and the atmosphere was very laid back. The barber gave him exactly the cut he wanted and was super professional. It’s nice to have him hang out with such a great group of young men if only for a short while while getting a cut. He doesn’t want to go anywhere else for a haircut now. They have made customers for life. Highly recommended!

If you go to Great Clips and think you’re getting a deal...hit this place and you will never get a cheap haircut again! First visit, made an online appt.. . 10 minutes after my appt time the guy tells me he didn't know I made one and he's got a couple people still in front of me so it'll be about an hour more. (I also received an email reminder the day before so I bet he did too). Second visit yesterday, got there at 4 as a walk in. Everyone had people in the chairs so we wait. One guy finishes cutting someone's hair about 4:30 and decides a game of pool in the back would be better than helping the waiting customers. After that, he comes back and starts combing his beard in the mirror for a few, sweeping and and cleaning up to close (now its 5 til 5). One of the other guys is over eating and the other two have people in the chair still. Not ONE of them said a word to us about when exactly they were going to cut my son's hair so we left finally with no cut. NOT a good way to treat ANY customer, especially a potential new one. I will not go back for a third time and do NOT recommend this place because they are rude and unprofessional (unless you are one of their friends, then they'll obviously play pool with you, ignore customers and laugh about it with you).

I had called within 30 mins of arriving to see what the wait time was they asked if I was a walkin or if I had an appointment, told them I was a walkin. Whoever I was on the phone with they said they could take me. Once I arrive they announced they wont be taking any walkins at all and left this place.

Amazing barber shop! All the staff are very friendly and highly skilled. Big Shout out to my man Paul, he nails it everytime. Remembers exactly what I like and is a wizard with the beard line ups. I'm on a every 2 week appointment with him and always excited to see what he can do. Awesome atmosphere, staff and clients always laid back. Must check this place out!
