This is not a family environment. We walked out today after not being acknowledged for 15 minutes. Once we were acknowledged, we were offered the guy who was just talking bout what a rough night he had the night before to cut our 3 year olds hair. Our son was scared of him so we asked if we could wait for the female to cut our hair. When she didn't acknowledge us, my husband said, so you don't have time? She was extremely unfriendly and after thinking no about her cutting my little boys hair, I decided this was not the environment for us. We just moved to town, after seeing great reviews for this local barber shop, we thought this could be great because we loved the barber shop from our community in Lawrence. So disappointing, we now will be going to pigtails and crew cuts.

Lousy service and bad attitude. Didn't get my haircut because she told me when I called, one in the chair and one waiting then on my arrival oh she just remembered that she had an appointment. If she cuts the way she lies to customers they both lack in quality. Never again !!!

Closes early When josh is working...He also gave me attitude for coming in 15 minutes before close...went there today and the door was locked at 5:45...this is why I only go here as a last option. Cuts are that great either.
