First experience at this salon. No welcome at the door. Waited almost 10 minutes until someone acknowledged us. Stylist was nice enough and did a good job with my 13 yr old daughters hair. Salon is a bit of a mish mash mess. Not a luxury salon experience but serves its purpose.

Never again. If I could give 0 stars I would. Wife went here as a Christmas gift and came back with her hair curled. This was also $360 later. She was suppose to get it dyed but her hair looked the same as it did before she went. Beware of this place. Definitely a rip off. They required her to come in a few days before so they could see if they could do her hair, no problem. They said they could but they obviously couldn't because nothing changed. Her hair was also not even cut straight. Go to a blind hairdresser and box dye before you waist your money here.

BeYoutiful hair Solon isn't just your ordinary hair solon. Yesterday was my first time visiting and I was very impressed with the friendliness, the stylists, and just the overall environment. Sarah took the time to ask me in great detail exactly how I wanted my hair done, by the time she was finished she made sure I was satisfied with my hair and I was, I thought she did an excellent job. For a while I had struggled to find a place that fit me and I'm happy to say that I've finally found that place in BeYoutiful. They are the best of the best and they've found another loyal customer.

Best salon ever! You will not be disappointed. The entire staff is extremely welcoming and down to earth. They listen and exceed expectations every time. I have been going here for over two years and they have all my hair colors and detailed notes on everything they've done to my hair. They work as a team and even take walk ins. Go see for yourself!

I would give negative stars if I could!...I called to set up an appt. Ten minutes later I was called back and told I was unable to have that appt with Claire because the lady did not book enough time for that slot. Ok I understand and they reschedule me for a different time slot with Yasmin. They call back AGAIN and ask if they can reschedule me at another time slot with Amy, sure I say. Biggest mistake EVER. 10:00 I show up for my appt with Amy, Amy isn't there. 10:10 Claire who was busy with another client stopped what she was doing to call Amy who said she had issues with her kids and would be there in 15 minutes. 10:45!!!!.....I'm still sitting there waiting for Amy to bother to show up. I ask for another stylist to do my hair but of course the very few that are there have other appts coming in and they suggest other salons that might be able to get me in. Last minute on a Saturday right?!!! 11:00 Amy still hasn't shown up and I was informed this is not the 1st time she has done this. Unbelievable, I normally work 6 days a week it's hard enough to have time to get my hair done and when I have time off I certainly don't want to waste time waiting on someone who doesn't even bother to show up. Beware and go where somewhere else!! Now I'm desperately trying to find somewhere on a Saturday, to get my hair done. This is so totally unacceptable To the owner....WOW really??? That’s how you finally respond to a customer who had a HORRIBLE experience at your place of business? You have never reached out to me whatsoever but yet Amy did and now you are trying to discredit me and act like I’m lying or confused?? You definitely just validated everything I said about your business. I work in customer service and you just did everything wrong.

From the moment I stepped in to BeYOUtiful hair, I knew it was a top knotch salon. Erica took extra time to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted. She even took detailed notes so that the next time I came in my hair would look just like it did the first time. This has continued to be the case for the last 5 months that I have been a loyal customer. Being in a client based industry, my appearance can be the difference between a sale or no sale. Horrible customer service! Over charged for a service that wasn't even what was asked for. Spoke with Manager, Erica, who hung up on me. Before hanging up on me, she lied saying she was next to us looking at the picture of the color that hair was supposed to be, she was NO where in sight during the consultation. Said she wasn't going to argue with me, but she started the argument. This place is a JOKE!!!!!! I Will NEVER WASTE time or Money in this place EVER Again. The name of the place Needs to change.... feel ugly leaving after service. Again, you are lying. I NEVER cussed you out because I was at work, and I was not going to stoop to your level. You were the one yelling at me and cutting me off. I am sure that other people had good service, and that is fine. But you didn't offer me the discount, you offered my daughter. I was calling to see what happened because she left your Salon crying, BECAUSE of you and your POOR customer service. NO ONE was asking for free service, we were asking you to fix the issue, and you weren't willing to. AND..this is my SECOND Edit..BECAUS Erika has now changed her response. I wish that I could post my screenshot of what she originally responded before she edited her response. Was NOT professional and she accused me of something I didn't do, refer to SECOND paragraph....AND BTW...my daughter NEVER asked to be a platinum Blonde. Erika WAS NEVER a part of the first consultation AND did NOT hear what was quoted to us, it was $150, not what she stated below. BOTTOM LINE....TOO EXPENSIVE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ERIKA!

So I got my hair done a few days ago (Wednesday) and had a consultation the Saturday before. At the consultation, after my mother was done getting her hair cut, which looked really good, my mother asked if Sarah, the sylist, would be able to do my hair according to a photo of an Ombre I had provided and she suggested a Balayage (not knowing much about hair, because this was my first time getting my hair done, so I agreed). She quoted $150 and we made the appointment. I had this sense of excitement because I thought I was getting my hair done like in the picture. After my hair was done, I looked in the mirror and I didn't think anything of it because I was told it was going to get lighter so I went with it. So really, I didn't get what I payed for (my receipt was $144 dollars and I gave a 5 dollar tip). I call Friday morning and asked to see if I could get an appointment set up, because I wasn't happy with how my hair turned out. I was put on hold for about 10 minutes until finally someone picked up the phone. I set up an appointment that day because they had an opening at 2:30 so I took it. When I arrived they sat me down and went over how I asked for a Balayage and not the Ombre (keep in mind I asked for what was in the photo***) and they started going over the costs of how much it would be to get my hair redone. I would have been fine paying a service fee because of course not everything can be free, but to get my hair done again would have been another $135 dollars. The owner offered a 15% discount which was nice but only knocked off a few dollars. So in total it would have been around $300 to get my hair done, and redone because it was NOT the way I wanted it. The manager also stated that I wanted platinum blonde but I only really wanted my hair how it was in the photo. When it came to them totaling my bill for what was SUPPOSED to be fixed, I told them "I really don't have enough right now today" and the Manager spoke up and said "Well how much do you have right now?" ...yeah. The question within itself made me feel very uncomfortable. I didn't think I needed to spend over $300 dollars to get my hair the way I wanted it. Then I told her I'd get paid the next day and that I would probably come back another day (which i'm most certainly am not) and she rescheduled me for another day. What really sucks is that I saw so much potential in this place only to be disappointed. I feel that they cared more about how much they can get out of me, rather than satisfaction of results. By the way, Sarah did cut my hair, and I liked it. Sarah doesn't belong there, she belongs somewhere else where else who deserves her Customer Service Skills.

The experience here is amazing i wanted a fade in the sides of my hair and at first it didn’t look good for me at all and so i told the stylist and she told me to just wait till the end and so i did and after i loved my results the service, price, location, price, salon, products, and stylists are absolutely great here and i highly suggest everybody to go there and keep going.

The stylists are incredibly talented and offer great services for a great price. I have never questioned the integrity of this salon nor the stylist's knowledge. My stylist, Cassie, always sets clear expectations and has my best interest in mind - regardless of my outlandish requests. Thank you for your expertise, you have my word I will be your client as long as you are working in this industry! Regarding the recent negative reviews -- I will personally testify to the incredible professionalism each of the individual stylist exhibits in the salon. If you visit their Facebook page to see their work, you will see that their talent speaks for itself. It's unfortunate that ONE person had a poor experience and now is creating multiple accounts to slander this salon.

I love this gorgeous salon! I was able to book my appointment online and received a confirmation email a few days before my appointment which made everything so easy. I was getting my nails done prior to a friends wedding and they looked amazing.
