I normally go to another sort of "barbershop" and I've enjoyed the experience. Someone suggested I try this place out and now I really know what a true barber shop experience is like! The haircut I got here was fantastic and the service was stellar. They went the extra mile to really finish the haircut and make sure I looked good. That includes an actual neck shave and eyebrow trim. I didn't have time to get a beard trim here but I'm excited to go back in a couple weeks and experience their other services. I would definitely recommend this place if you're in the area or don't mind traveling to Franklin. It's a smaller shop with four chairs. There was a wait and they only accept walk-ins but that's actually part of the magic that makes this place more enjoyable.

This was my first time at Jeff St Barber shop and I was not disappointed. I'm always apprehensive about going to a new place but they are really professional and welcoming to new clients. I sat in Holly's chair and didn't give a great description of what I wanted but she knew exactly what I needed. I was very pleased and will definitely go back. The wait time is worth it!

After trying about 4 different barber shops around the city, I decided that to come back and suck up the inconvenience of the drive. 5 stars isn't high enough, can I give more? Better barbers do not exist anywhere else, this shop is the best! I have went to see Brandy for around 11 years now and I have never had nor seen a bad cut leave her shop. All of the girls do great work but I have been hooked on Brandys style, technique and genuinely caring personality since the first time she cut my hair. Her work is recognizable outside of her shop amongst the public. So if you want to stand out from the average mediocre haircuts and look your absolute best, come see the girls at this shop! You'll never be disappointed, they just wont allow it!

I've taken my son here multiple times throughout the years & always been pleased with the work but the past SEVERAL times I've driven over to bring him in, they've been closed early. It's extremely irritating & frustrating. I realize that the barbers don't want to be there all night but closing early is ridiculous. How is a working mom supposed to know when she can bring in her child when your times posted are false? I gave a 3 because they do great cuts but this is beyond annoying.

I've always really liked my haircut from here and the staff is great. The only problem is that the last few times I went the lines were hours long. I got there an hour and a half before opening on Saturday and was the first one in the shop, and a few dudes got out of their trucks and started pestering me to give them my number because "they there first". He wasn't, because I watched him pull up.Really man? You're so impatient you have to snatch a number out of a kid's hand? I think it would help a lot if they implemented scheduled appointments that you could do online or something.
