I made an appt. via phone and when I got there , the guy that has been cutting my hair for almost a year put me with someone who did a horrible job. Where is the loyalty. I'm very generous in tipping. Never going back.

So yeah I used to love getting my haircut, prices are fine and they do a quick and good job. Today I called in to set up an appointment. He said come in at 11:00. I walk in the door at 11:00 on the dot, no one greats me, 11:10rolls around and my presence has not even been acknowledged. 11:20 comes and I leave because I guess the appointment you make me schedule is bogus, and don’t even want to great me with a, “ sorry I will be right with you”. I literally set up a google account to just get on her and post this.

Just got my hair cut here today. Phil was a great barber, and I got exactly what I asked for. $15 for a 45 minute haircut is a great deal. The same cut done half as well at chain salons usually takes about 15-20 minutes. So sit down for a minute and enjoy letting a real barber take the time to do it right. They've only been open since August, but I'll definitely be counting on Phil for my haircuts from now on.

The barbers are very friendly and professional. I get a very simple haircut that usually only takes 5-10 mins at other places, but they spent 20 mins on it, making sure that every detail was perfect. Couldn't be happier with the cut and the experience!
