This was my first time at Byron's. I had Steve, and he did a great job. He was very personable, friendly, and quick. He gave me a solid haircut at a good price, and did it all in a reasonable time. He even suggested I get ice cream at ice cream parlor next door (which I did). I'm relatively new to Valpo, but I think I found my new spot. I look forward to going back in a few weeks!

The owner (im assuming) spent a good amount of time on my hair listened to what i actually wanted and the cut came out so fresh and sleek for a disconnected undercut with a hard part, wont be going to anybody else from now on. Found my barber.

I stoped in for a haircut once and I’m hooked. I got Chris. I have been looking for someone to do my hair for a while. Chris did a great job. Actually gave me a contemporary look for an old 55-year-old guy. Everyone was very professional. My father used to take us there when I was a kid 40/50 years ago. I don’t recall the conversations ever being as lively,or as animated, or as fun,as they were yesterday. I will be back, and I would suggest that if you are a guy, it’s a place to go get your haircut and a shave. The prices are fair, and the guys are great.

I love working at byrons barbershop. Steve is an amazing stand up guy and a great boss/barber. He saved me a spot like he promised for a whole year until I graduated from barber school. When I got here I was still learning and not quite there yet. Steve took his time and taught me everything he knew and still is. It’s been 5 months and now I have about 35 clients. Therefore I would definitely come give us a try.

Steve, Chris and Miguel have all cut my hair and all do an outstanding job. Chris did a great job on my 2 year olds hair also, he was so patient even though they were busy and it turned out great. This is an awesome no frills shop that has young guys who take pride in their craft. No soft handed hipster lumbersexuals here. Just average Joe's who do great work.
