Changing this from my original review of "cool place" to awful customer service. Took my son in for a haircut and was told, "There's two ahead of you. It will be about 30 minutes". After seeing at least 3 people walk in without appointments that were obviously friends with the barbers, and finally a lady and her son that walked in and the barber told her, "I can squeeze you in real quick now". That was right at AN HOUR AND A HALF of my son and I waiting. We had other things to do that day so we walked out. RIDICULOUS! There were several barbers working today. I did see a few appointments up on the wall, but not enough to occupy all of you for AN HOUR AND A HALF. If you think you can't fit someone in, in the time quoted, tell them how long you really think it's going to take. Don't lie about it and waste people's time. Maybe think about someone to schedule appointments and walk-ins. Think about how you would react to that kind of customer experience. I guarantee you would be angry too. Won't be back, definitely will not recommend. After reading other reviews just like this, I can't believe that this business model will work for much longer.

I do apologize you could not get a haircut. Friday is a real busy day the best thing to do is make a appointment the day before. I do apologize."
In response to the owner's response - Yeah I get the whole appointment thing, but if you read my review, that was not the problem. There were people walking in off the street that were jumping front. Assuming they knew the barbers. Also, when we walked in, the barber that was letting everyone jump ahead of us told us, "there are 2 ahead of you, it will be 30 min." You won't have to worry about me making an appointment, because I won't be back.
