I've been coming here for over 3 years now and Sergio has always done an excellent job, he takes alot of pride in his work and it always shows after he's done with my haircut. I would tell everyone if you want just a hair cut you can find that anywhere, but if you want a phenomenal hair cut go to straight edge!!

Not really greeted when I walked in. Damn rap music was blasting. Wished I would have walked out. Got some kid right out of school. No conversation at all. Short on one side long on other. Sideburns were uneven. No eyebrow trim or inside the ears. There was a lot of hair dumped down my back. They seem to like fade haircuts. Do not know how to do a gentlemans cut. Not my kind of shop and I will never go back .

Not very kid friendly, customer service questionable. I have walked in on a couple other occasions. On both, I had to speak out because politely waiting for someone to verbally acknowledge me, even after being seen standing there by a couple barbers, wasn't getting anywhere. Both occasions I was told they were booked and to make an appointment or to come as a walk in on Wednesday specifically. Showed up on Wednesday, and there was only one barber with a line of people waiting. This must be a pretty good place to get a hair cut , I thought. However after sitting there, still not verbally acknowledged, listening to the cursing from a customer and cursing on the music, I was questioning whether my 6 year old son should really be in that environment. Just then, he spoke out about the uneasiness he felt in there, so we left. This place had been recommended to me by a friend and I'm sure there are people who don't mind the crude music and that style of service, but that's not for me. And even my six year old son could feel how "off" it was. Just a heads up.

Unfortunately the first experience wasn't the best for me. I would have to say that fully understanding what the customer wants would be a good first step. Then maybe letting them see what you're working on in the mirror as you're doing it could a good second step. I'm doubtful I'll be having a second experience since I did have to do work on my own hair after I got home.

Did a great job but expensive. I know you get what you pay for but over $30 for a men's cut surprised me.

The first problem, right when I walked in, the place barely looks like a barber shop. There was staff just lounging around, a few chairs to sit on and a few barber chairs. I was not really greeted or anything and had no idea if I had to check in or not. The place was filthy, they had rap music blasting, very run down looking. The person didn't even listen to my request. He cut my hair way too short. I asked for finger length on top and he gave me a buzz cut. My hair is way too short so now I have to wear a hat everywhere. I asked for my beard trimmed, all he did was line it up and he barely even did that. Spent maybe 3 minutes on the entire beard work. Finally, this place takes CASH ONLY. I had to go to the ATM at the smoke shop next door so I could pay them. This right there is a red flag and I wish I knew this before I got my haircut. I'd recommend you find a legitimate barber shop and avoid this place. Highly disappointed because of all the raving reviews.

Bad customer service. I walked in, sat down and was greeted. 4 guys were busy cutting hair. When one became available he said "I'll be back in 5 minutes." Two others became available and left somewhere. I walked out and wasn't even stopped to see why I was leaving.

I’ve been a customer for about 3 years now and have always gotten pretty good quality haircuts from each barber I’ve tried out, they are very appointment based and on Wednesday they do walk ins so the availability is also great for someone who can be there before the rush. I’ve always had great customer service and the people there are extremely friendly from my experience.

Good hair cuts but call to try and make an appointment and you get sent to voicemail, stop in and wait an hour just to be told that the barber who opened up is leaving. If you have the time to wait or if you can somehow get an appointment, they’re alright.

Rating was based on my experience walking in. Told me to come back an hour later and they would get me taken care of, came back dude was not even there and someone else was also waiting for him. Did not get to see how good the haircuts are. Maybe be a little more mindful of people's time.

So I had went in as a walk in on Saturday ..and they were packed had no openings,no big deal I said okay how about Sunday one barber said yea I can do 12:30 k cool I show up the barber shop is closed no one ever showed up
