I’ve loved the cuts I’ve gotten where I willingly give tips, which is rare for me. I have taken both of my boys here for new hairstyle cuts and the girls nailed it both times. They also gave my other children little basketballs to play with and keep. Just moved to twin falls went in for haircut..girl cutting hair just yelled across the store to checkin online..nobody came to counter to say hi or tell me wait times..i just stood there looking dumb..so i left.. never been here before.. so...gonna scratch that off my list of places to get a haircut.. next!

For the wait time they have a board where you can see who's next up. They also have a warm towel and vibrating seats. What's not to love. I wanted a medium fade and Caitlin did a perfect job. First time going because there was a free coupon in the mail. It's worth going back.

The atmosphere is enjoyable if you like sports at all. The staff does a good job of making you comfortable. Getting in can be easy if you setup an appointment online or in the app beforehand. Walk-ins work but be ready to wait behind a list of people who set up appointments on the app. The actual hair cut was good, not perfect but good enough to take professional family pictures that night and not be unhappy with how it looked.

Went here after hearing a bunch of positive things. Went just before lunch. My wait was horrendous. I called thinking I would need to make an appointment. Walk ins only or you can check in conveniently through the app. Went in with about 15 minutes remaining. The timer ran out and I was supposed to be up next. They use a sports term to let you know you're up. Well I was up... then the countdown started over at about 20 minutes. When this time lapsed it just told me it was my turn but no one called me for about 10 more minutes. I ended up waiting about 45 minutes total. In this time a barber went on lunch. The other two took their time ensuring the people they were helping were taken care of. Eventually when I got up to the plate, I asked for a very easy hair cut. Took maybe 10 minutes. The actual hair cut went well. Being a first timer I got treated as a real MVP.

I had a great experience here! I came in as a walk in and in 10 mins I was in the chair. My hair stylist was Reba, and she was excellent! She was courteous and fast and asked a lot of questions to get my cut just right. I got the mvp treatment which included hot towel, scalp and chair massage! All for around $25. I will definitely be back!

Everyone was friendly and experienced. The wait time I experienced was a short as it could be with how many customers were there, and they got to me in a timely and surprisingly short fashion. The hair stylists we're very skilled and gave me exactly what I wanted without having to give them much detail. When I have to go get my next haircut I will most definitely be going back.

Haircut was fine. Got the full "treatment", hot towel, hair wash. I asked for some shaving gel/cream when I was checking out and should have verified what I purchased. I ended up getting beard conditioner not shave gel. Should have read the packaging, I don't have a beard. Edit: Dropped rating to a 2 from a 5. If you want to be annoyed by the “owner” Jason, to do reviews (even after I already did the review) and get an almost daily dose of spam email from them get a haircut here. Haircut was fine but time to block the messages and spam and NOT go back.

The place is wonderful and the staff friendly but even though i signed in my boys on-line, they had to wait >2 hours and others were being called up first. Maybe the on-line system wasn't working yet (just giving you the benefit of the doubt). They do look handsome though! Thanx.

There was no wait. I liked that. We went after school. The ladies all seemed friendly. The woman cutting my 8 yr old sons hair did cut his ear with the clippers, and he wasn't being all that fidgety. However, she was very professional about it and made sure he was comfortable before she continued. Over all it was a good experience, the haircut looks really good, and he'd go back he says, "he's fine with that".

The beautician I got was very nice and did an outstanding job. I showed them exactly what I wanted and they matched it almost perfectly, I used to live in Boise and I used to use the same beautician from sport clips every time, so I was a little nervous to try a new one, but I made the right choice, thank you so much!!! Took my 5 year old in for a haircut. He held very still and was well behaved. The worst haircut! She shaved so high above his one ear and the other is normal. Also there were long straggle sections where she missed around an edge. I won’t ever take my boys to this particular location. We’ve had better luck in utah’s locations.

For my first time at Sports Clips, it was awesome! The whole place look cool! I liked it. The waiting was long, but worth it! My hair cut was good I loved it! The lady who did it, does a good job! But, I know there is a but in this, she needs to take her time and focuse and try not to rush it. My fade was a little off, I will continue to go to this place, I believe she will get better! Awsome haircut, I love the extra relaxing scalp massage and hot towels on the face, I just wish my stylist was friendly it was awkward sitting in silence. Also I was expecting $5 off for checking in on the app but I guess I requested the wrong haircut even though I got the VIP. The customer is supposed to be right.come on where's the customer service its only 5 bucks I would feel better getting another haircut at Sports Clips had they said will still give you $5 off, I took the time and space on my phone to install app. Thank you.

I wear a hat everyday and I'm not a picky person, however I picked up side job that won't allow me to wear a hat. With that being said, Caitlyn gave me a great haircut and did an exceptional job at and fading/blending where needed. Showed me a great pomade product and i was given 20% off for it being my first cut there. I've always gotten my haircut at older establishments but i may have been convinced to be a returning customer because of all the new technology and the friendly service.

My husband asked for a low fade and the result was pretty bad. Looks like someone took a bowl and shaved it around his head. Very choppy and there are spots where the stylist pressed into his hair and made little bald spots. We are going to a different stylist today to try and get it fixed...

Staff are experienced and know what they are doing. Its never a gamble to get your hair cut here. If its your first time they will upgrade you to a VIP cut for free which includes a relaxing head and scalp massage as well as warm towels on your face.
