Been going to the one on federal way for years and the last 4 cuts have been horrible. Not sure what has changed but I have had 4 different people since my former person left, and they all have fallen short. Even the manager has cut my hair and the results were subpar. Sorry for the review as I wish this location was as good as it used to be. I have had great haircuts from different people there in the past. Hopefully this review will help get them back in the right direction.

The online check-in feature is the best! I am able to put my son's name down ahead of time prior to picking him up from school resulting in hardly any wait time upon our arrival. Kylie is a great stylist!! She chit-chats with my 10yr old while giving him a perfect haircut, everytime. He can be a tad particular with his hair and he knows just how he wants it, lol. Kylie listens to how he would like it cut/styled and makes note of it for his future appointments. She always delivers! :)

But luckily, Jessica showed the confidence and asked the questions necessary to nudge me over the edge and go all in on looking like a normal person again (at least for a little while). Called in to get on the wait list they say 20 min wait. I say put me on the list. They say, we cant over the phone. You can come in and wait or get on the wait list through the website. So I go to the site. Now I have to register full out all the info get a password, go to check in click the button and error. Internet login not available at this time. Log back in 1hour and 15 min wait now. And all you had to do is sign me in when I called. I have much hate in my heart right now.

We went to see Amy for back-to-school haircuts and these are by far the best haircuts my kids have ever had! They have super blonde hair and cowlicks, so it's a challenging ordeal for most stylists. They always hate getting haircuts and already can't wait to see Amy again. Also love online check-in.

Great haircut the first time I went (which is very unusual in my previous experiences). Fun experience with my son. Hot towel and shampoo was nice. This was the first time I didn't have to go home and shower right after a haircut since all the excess hair was washed out. My son's hairdresser was nice, but was speaking over his head about the products she was using on his head. Overall great, but not the most kid friendly.

The wait wasn’t long for how busy it was. My only problem was I asked for a fade on my undercut from 1 and a half to a 1 and I only got one size. But she cleaned my hair up really nice. Much needed for a quick cut. I passed on the free hair wash and all that only because I was on a time crunch. But nice to know that is given as a first time going there.

ABSOLUTELY the worst haircut I have had in years, the gals took the electric Clippers an basically shaved the back of my head, the top was left long, one side above my ear was shaved the other side long, they offered to come back in and try to fix it, but the only way is to shave my head. I have nothing bad to say about the stylist here, my gripe is with the app and the check in process. I checked in and asked for a specific stylist one and a half hours pass by and I get a notification that my stylist will be ready for me in 10 minutes. I show up and my name is at the top of the list, 30 more mins pass by and my stylist walks up to the computer I then look at the board and my name is no longer on the list at all and she calls the next person up and the wait time for next available stylist (not the one I requested) was 49 mins. Mind you I am trying to find time to get a haircut before heading out on a fire assignment first thing in the morning. So now I will have to go sit somewhere this evening again and wait again to get haircut instead of spending time with my family before I leave. Sportclips fix your system.

Came here for a haircut. Signed in, time to haircut only 15 minutes. Looked up after ten minutes, time has changed to 40 minutes, people who came in after me and signed in after me are getting seen first. Stylists pick favorites and can manipulate the sign in board to change peoples wait order. Won’t come back, also hated haircut, a high military fadeis stupid easy to do.

I have been going to this Sports Clips for a long time, and never got a bad cut. Although my previous hair stylist have moved on to bigger and better things, there always seems to be someone else there ready and able to fill their shoes. The staff is always friendly and Happy to see me. When you go in for your next haircut be sure to ask for Tanya. She not only can she give you the style that you want but always seems to have good suggestions to make your haircut look its best!

Make sure you sign in and verify it goes through on the self check in. I sat and waited 40 mins until I had to ask why my name had not been called after seeing the people I came in with had already left. When I asked if I could get my haircut before the guests that had walked in at the end of my wait. I was told I would have to check in again and wait another 30 minutes. I can see this isn't the first time this has happened here. While it was user error, they could have done the right thing.

Usually an ok place. However today I was given a 39minute wait time. Whatever I'll do it. Waited 50 minutes before I was certain I was next, however a guy who came in after me was called and I waited another 10 minutes. I'm never rude to service employees when simple mistakes are made but no one batted an eye at this mistake. I waited an hour for a 5 minute haircut. Thanks Sports Clips. Ive dealt with your gimmicks and uncaring employees long enough.

They don’t normally do woman’s hair, but I was so tired and needed a refresh. Rather than sending me all the way across town to find a stylist they took me in and did an amazing job! Even though all I needed was a trim, Amy went out of her way to make sure I got my money’s worth! She relaxed me so much I had a hard time staying awake in those massage chairs! Their stylist are always changing shifts and days they work. I find one that does good with my son than the next screws it up because they don't understand. It would be nice if they had set schedules so people could get their hair done by the ones that they like, especially when I have a particular way I want my son's hair to be cut. Otherwise the staff is friendly and they seem fairly skilled, some more than others.
