It was going to be the first time I got a haircut at this location, being a customer at Sport Clips for several years. Yet, while checking in on the tablet at the front desk, one of the stylists walks over and starts to check out one of her customers, thereby interrupting me trying to check in. She didn’t even have the common courtesy to ask if I could wait just a moment, which I would’ve been happy to do. Instead in a rude and inconsiderate way, she proved that she cares more about making money personally. Sport Clips do an okay job so I can a decent haircut elsewhere.

I love the sportsclips experience but this location is just super unimpressive. I arrived tonight at 630 PM. There were 4 stylist working and only one other person checked in. 45 minutes later I still wasn't receiving a haircut and the other 3 stylist just disappeared. I've had multiple bad experiences getting my haircut in the evening as the stylist look at you as an obstacle to closing. I think it's time I find someplace else to get a haircut.

MY first experience scheduling on line. Scheduled with Yan and it went well. Can't find your App on my Android phone so down loaded it to my computer and scheduled it there. Yan was 30 minutes out which was OK with me. Showed up at 25 minutes and went right to her chair. This is about the 6th time I have used Yan and I really like her work ethic and skills. DO not let her leave.

The most impressive part of my visit was how well the staff handled my three-year-old son. He was a little apprehensive about having his hair cut by someone other than his mom, but they put him at ease very quickly. They let him hold a toy dinosaur, and made it a fun experience for him. My haircuts here have always been good, as well.

Brought my husband for a haircut..asked for little longer than finger length on top . Pretty much she cut all his hair the same length and very short almost bald. Left a spot on the back of his head way longer than the rest, Left hair spots all over the back of his neck and clumps of hair on both ears from the hair cut and all over his shirt. So I suggest you go somewhere else if you don't want a bald haircut. Very displeased with this place. And very unprofessional.

Went in and asked for a specific haircut and wast told that it could be done. Got really nervous due to the fact that they kept trading on and off cutting my hair and kept checking each others work. After she got done i had to tell her to fix it multiple times and never got fixed just got worse. Ended up cutting all my hair off due to having patches of hair longer or shorter wher it shouldn't be. I would not recommend this place at all.

I've been taking my son here over the last year and have never had that "wow!" experience. The management is more concerned about clocking out and closing on time than they are providing a good customer experience. They always have signs on their door at the end of the day with a deadline for haircuts. If the establishment is open until 8pm, they should be accepting services until 8pm. Instead customers are told that they're too late to receive services even though the customer has arrived within posted business hours. There aren't a lot of smiles or warm greetings here. You definitely get the feeling that everyone is working for a paycheck rather than something they enjoy. My most recent visit was frustrating. I checked in online before leaving our house because we had a birthday party to go to. We arrived within our window and were passed over by the stylists, even though my son's name was 1st in line. It was rude and inconvenient.

Awesome experience and (mostly) lovely customer service. I would recommend Kinley (she was so polite and friendly and knew what she was talking about) or Jody. I would not recommend Yan. She was my oringinal stylist, but she had trouble communicating with me and got angry when I was trying to explain the haircut I wanted to a different person. I ended up getting a haircut from Jody, and it looked amazing. All in all, a very good experience.

Our six year old son who doesn't like haircuts enjoys going here. They are great with kids with short attention spans and have lots of patience. He also doesn't like the feel of loose hair on the back of his neck; he has a sensitivity to it. She and others made sure he was never uncomfortable with it. He really looks forward to picking a color for his hair and since he couldn't decide, the lady did half and half which he was thrilled with. Thank you for always making this so easy for him! My hair looks great. They got us in quick even though the wait looked long and I got exactly what I asked for! Never disappointed, go in for the exact same hair cut, no body who cuts it, it always turns out great! The ladies there are very curtious, fast, and are great at what they do!

My husband goes here about once every 3 weeks. Not anymore!!! The last 4 haircuts have been really disappointing, especially the last one he got. Not once have they apologized for completely botching the cut. He explains in great detail every time what he wants, and every stylist does it completely different, recently none have looked great. They are way overpriced for their crummy service.

I've had my haircut here six times, I've had someone different each time. They each have given me a good haircut, good customer service, were friendly and had good conversations. I like the Tea Tree hair & body moisturizer. I use it to shave and as a leave in conditioner for my hair. I like the different choices of service from a basic haircut to a hot face towel with scalp massage during shampoo.

The waits a little crazy if you've never been there,but check in regardless(lesson learned). I don't if if all the girls are as good as Hailey, but if there half as good,your in for a treat. Ive had trouble with barbers, beauticians,stylist, ya name it cutting fine hair, Haliey zipped right threw it,with one explanation on how i wanted it,trimmed my face,and did my hair ,she thought best ,it was perfect. That girl almost put me to sleep with the MVP,,Dam girl!! Loved getting my hair cut ,was enjoyable instead of one more thing on my to do list!! Haliey rocked it!!

I would not recommend going here. Some of the younger girls seem like they know what they are doing but the older staff not so much. Kaycee tried to cut my hair and did a terrible job. She had to ask for help cutting my hair but it was too late. I had to ask her to stop cutting my hair and get someone else to finish/try to fix it. Courtney came and fixed it and made it look presentable but was rushed and didn't have time to really finish my hair cut. If you do go I would only use Courtney. Don't get Kaycee.

We have been to this place many times and have been pleased with the hair cuts my son and husband have gotten there . . . until today. My son told the girl who cut his hair he wanted a missionary haircut with no sideburns. She nearly shaved the back and sides of his head bald. It looked terrible and was really botched up in the back. I was quit upset about it when I came back and saw it. I asked my son if he asked for it to be that short and he said it was fine. It will grow back. But what he didn't tell me was that this girl didn't show him the back of his head and what a mess it was. When we got home, I showed him what it looked like and he was quit upset about it! One things for sure, her name was on the receipt, and we will make darn sure she never touches one of my family members hair ever again!

I've been to many places in town and this is the best place I've been to. I have been going here now for a year, and they always do a good job. My wife even got her hair cut here and they did an amazing job, and my wife is one that has made hairstylists work on her for 3 hours because it wasn't exactly how she wanted it. I didn't have to wait even an hour on my wife when she goes here.
