I like this location, the staff are always very friendly. Though I rarely have the same stylist from visit to visit, they keep great notes among themselves to ensure that they know what I prefer and I've never been disappointed. I like the fact that they allow online check in, and the fact that it gives a heads up about the expected wait time.

I waited 54 minutes for a haircut with my name on the big screen of their system, let them know I was there when they were going to cut the hair of a friend who just walked in after the long wait, and they cut the new person's hair instead of mine and told me I would have to wait another 22 minutes for a haircut. Very unprofessional, I highly recommend you don't go to this location, the staff has no respect for other people's time or lives in my opinion.

My wait time was listed as 20 minutes. When I waited that time, it went right back up to 22 minutes. Now I'll be late to pick up my fiance from work. Apparently you shouldn't come here if you need to stick to a schedule.

The new POS automatically prompts you for a tip with preset amounts. $5, $10, and $15 are the options for a $17 haircut. Don't get me wrong, they deserve a tip, but 30% as a minimum is straight up rude and to be honest pisses me off because they are right in front of you watching what you do and pressuring you to choose one of the options.

Miss Brittany is the lady that cut my hair, I went in sat down and asked her to cut my hair so it looks good. She did an amazing job, she is one of those stylists that you don't have to try to explain how you would like your hair cut. I highly recommend her, and hope she never leaves or quits citing hair. After all this time I found someone that has that type of perfection. Danielle's customer service skills are on point just like my haircut. The stylists are nice and make good conversation. The haircuts vary from visit to visit, but it's a good place if you find a stylist you like and stick with them for cuts. There was a stylist that was rather surly last visit, luckily she didn't cut my hair

Great haircut, love the mobile login and ability to get on the list before I show up which makes for a short wait time if any and the sports on the Tv's are cool, they could only improve on keeping the good games on instead of letting it fall off to golf or tennis.

I like Sports Clips. I have had 3 times that they attempted to overcharge for the most cost-efficient cut. They noted that they were sorry and fixed it to the correct price after I noted the issue. I don't like what appears to be dishonest behavior. I have left a tip every time once when they first overcharged me. This post is only because I missed the last overcharge as I was in a hurry and did not look close enough at the charge.
