I got one the the best haircuts I've ever had. It's hard to find someone that can do a good fade. Sarah cut my hair and I would recommend her to anyone that wants a great haircut. She is very friendly, she listened to me and did exactly what I asked her to.

I'm pretty sure I was overcharged and the hair cutter wasn't being truthful about the prices. But the quality of the cut and shave was great. Would recommend, but make sure you know what you're buying. I wouldn't be surprised if there was some sleazy overselling happening.

They are rude, don’t go there! I picked one colour, that looked absolutely different to the one they used, I ask why and they raised voices, telling that was my fault. I finally got to pick another colour, but from that point they were just rude. As soon as they finished painting my nails, they kicked me out, refusing to let me wash my hands. I will never come back!

Made an appointment for my 10 year old son, which we arrived 5 minutes early for. We waited almost 45 minutes to finally get back there. The cut he received was good, but when the barber went to charge me (Cub Cut - 10 & under is supposed to be $13, which they have posted in their shop) he changed the amount to $16 without explaining why. Not a great experience overall.

This place is awesome! $15 for a fresh cut. I just told him what I wanted and he did it without hesitation! Also touched up my beard a bit! I don't know the name of the guy, but he was Asian in the left first booth, and he's definitely going to be my go to guy from here on out!

I didn't get his name but an Asian man gave me a hair cut. I asked for a mid-high fade with a zero on the sides and about a 6 on top. I specifically said NOT a high and tight. It looks horrible and I gotta live with this butch of a hair cut for a few weeks now.

What a horrible experience! My husband had his hair cut here and would not recommend it. His hair was cut with a razor, no scissors at all and the cut is not well done. The place was unsanitary, serious lack of customer service and not at all what he had anticipated. I explained that we were not satisfied and was not only not offered a solution or for someone to fix the cut but they would not give me the remainder of the money from the gift card I bought. Now we have to find someone else to properly cut his hair. Will not be going back.

This is the nastiest barber shop they don't clean/sanitize their clippers My husband had to tell them He don't want those dirty clippers and razors that they used on someone else right before him nasty after that my husband has pimples on his head now I don't recommend anyone going here

This review is for some time ago, I just ran into this Googling and thought it deserved my $.2 cents. First off they used a previously used un-santized straight razor on my face, a new blade is like $.10 really you need to re-use it? Needless to say I got "razor burn" and the whole session was painful, then used the same razor to shave my head, I had to stop him midway because I couldn't take anymore pain. Then he free handed an electric razor on my beard, no comb so the second my beard got bumped by anything it was uneven again. Also they are rationed shaving cream which is like a super small cup. I seriously question if any of them even went to Barber School. When it first opened I went all the time, a sweet little Spanish lady used to do my shaves and she was awesome, apparently she got let go, now it has changed and it's a big no thank you.

I went and saw Sarah at Lions Den let me tell you she is amazing. Friendly jokes around with you and makes you feel at home. She also gave me one of the best hair cuts ever with very little guidance. I would recommend her to anyone. Happy to see she back cutting hair and cant wait to return.

OMG do NOT go to this place at all!! my daughter SPECIFICALLY asked these people if they were capable of cutting her hair to a lengthier A LINE. she has had her hair done before with this but not by these people. OMG i have pictures if ANYONE would like to see their work i was SOO upset because this lady LET MY DAUGHTER walk out of a salon like this. IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED IN SEEING the pics, i will be more than happy to send them out. Long story short.i asked for the manager, explained my daughter cannot go out like this...IM NOT EXAGGERATING... she said come in the next day (sunday) she will be there. i brought her in...manager wasnt there. they expected the same lady to do her hair. why would the manager expect that lady to touch my daughters hair!!! i said NO absolutely not. the girl said ok, i will set something up. what a waist of my time. i stood my daughter up and said LOOK AT THIS...this is crazy. she agreed and said SORRY. today i called and said just give me a refun...manager said OH NO , we fix it for her. girl made it too long. i said NO NOT LONG it is beyond uneven layers are EVERYWHERE it looks like a 3 yr old did it. so she said we wont refund it. i said dont worry i will let you know how aweful you guys are...she can keep her 20 bucks and shove it where the sun dont shine. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE. i have pics...im sharing it with all 100 girls here at work...i will share it everywhere. we obviously got what we paid for. cant refund me 20 bucks??? really??? we paid THEM 20 bucks for an embarrresment. THEY LOST all our business and the oriental owner can care less. believe me pics will be posted everywhere.
