Hands down the best establishment/barbershop I have been to! Great service, and always looking to help and make the costumer happy. I have yet to have a bad haircut or experience with Craftsman. Karlie Rose gives the hair cuts and shaves, and does her best to find a way to get you on the schedule even when she’s busy. I would easily recommend this establishment to anyone!

Craftsman is the best place to get a haircut hands down. I have never experienced this kind of service. I enjoy every time I come in to get my haircut. I think they have a great system using a monthly membership. I would definitely recommend karlie from the Boise location she is very friendly and always does a great job!

I've seen quite a few barbers in my year coming to Craftsman, my schedule doesn't allow me to schedule in advance unfortunately. Sophia is always amazing, shes great with conversation and I've NEVER worried about the cut I'll get. It's no surprised shes booked out for the next month!

I’ve been to about 5 different barber shops before I went to Craftsmen Unlimited and I will never go to another one. Great haircuts and excellent customer service. Being a Veteran I also appreciate that they support our troops and treat all customers with VIP treatment. Very relaxed environment and having membership options with fair pricing is genius! I would recommend Craftsmen Unlimited to anyone who appreciates great haircuts.

She's extremely accommodating, funny as hell and her haircuts make you look fly AF. Can't say enough good things about her and the team she's created.

A place Owned by Vets, for Vets and Others. It offers Amenities you will find nowhere else. They offer Walkins as well as several Membership Options. They have staffed their facilities with Beautiful and Very Talented Hair Stylist's. All very personable Ladies!! My Favorite is Tess J. Hill at the Boise Facility off of Maple Grove near Overland. She offers a warm welcome every visit, a great conversation, and a haircut tailored to my wishes. I highly recommend both Craftsman Unlimited and Tess for the Best Experience!!

I get my haircut once a week and you can’t beat paying 20 bucks a month for a membership at Craftsman Unlimited, I highly recommend going to Katie. She’s been cutting my hair ever since I started going and that was about a year and a half ago. She’s the best! Great service and everyone is so friendly.

I love craftsman unlimited...I pay the cost of 1 hair cut, yet I go in once a week and I get a free beer with each visit??!?!?! Best bang for your buck in the treasure valley and they also have great barbers and stylists as well...Karlie rocks...she always puts up with my dad jokes and I consider her and Steven friends. At first it was a great place, great environment. My husband didn't go as much as he thought and went in to cancel membership. A person at the business said he was good to go, then he was charged again. We called to see what was going on, requested a refund because we were told in-store that it was done. I was told you can only cancel online. Which is impossible, that is why we just went in. We were then told we can just send an email to cancel it but we won't be getting a refund at all. The email said his membership was canceled and he would have a month free. So..he went in for a haircut (might as well) and they told him that he needed to pay! At that point we were BEYOND frustrated. My husband showed them the email and they still were hesitant to let him have the free haircut. He was then told that when you cancel it's done that day. So we paid our $30.00 (after we cancelled), didn't get a refund, and lost out on the rest of that 30 days after paying. We were told, "Well it's on our terms and conditions". Seriously? It's shady how everything went down. They definitely will NOT work with you what so ever. My advice, when you cancel, make sure you send the email and get confirmation. Also, make sure you cancel on the last day before your membership renewal. My husband and I both are in Law Enforcement and he is in the Military as well. Cool environment, but they do not treat you well when you want to cancel. We will NEVER go back and I will not be recommending this place anymore!! I wish I could write 10 more 1 star ratings. After reading other reviews it looks like management does NOT care about customers. Poor way to run a business.

Craftsman Unlimited is by far the best barber shop that I have ever been to. Ever single barber there makes you feel more than welcome. They all treat you like your a long term friend. My barber Karlie is so awesome, it’s like getting a haircut from a best friend. She knows how I like my hair, when is the best time for me to get my haircut. We always have a great conversation while she cuts my hair. If at anytime she won’t be there for one of my appointment due to illness, she will let me know and try to either get another barber to keep my appointment or she will work on getting me rescheduled. She is just fantastic at what she does. I will never go to another barber shop again as long as they are in business. I am a member for life.

Great experience every time you walk in the front door. They are quick to greet you and get you checked in. Owners seem to be very engaged in their business and take time to ask how you are doing and see if you need anything. Every barber that has cut my hair has been very professional and does a great job. Katie at the Boise location is a joy and she exudes passion in her craft and it shows in her work. Highly recommend giving them a chance; hard to beat unlimited hair cuts a month at such a reasonable price.

Great place for a haircut! I moved to Boise about a year ago. Was looking for a place to get a haircut. I’m very meticulous about my haircuts. Found this place online and decided to give it a go. I booked with Tess, and right from the start we developed a good working relationship. She listened to what I wanted and did an excellent job! My wife commented how good the haircut looked when I got home. I signed up for a membership and been going to Tess ever since. Do yourself a favor. Do your homework, get a membership and book with Tess! Well, not too many times. I still need her available to cut my hair...lol!
