Booked an appointment via Schedulicity. They didn't even show up to open the shop. Shop was supposed to open at 9am but at 9.20 I decided to leave. Poor form.

I was 10 mins late for the appointment, and I had tried calling twice to ask if it is ok. They never ever pick up calls. I had arrived at the parlor and was waiting inside and no one attended asking if I had an appointment. All of them were busy laughing around and busy with there work. After another 10 mins - someone comes in to ask if I had an appointment and only to be told that I am too late and need to reschedule an appointment. I had no words to say and just left. I have just one advice - please pick up calls or please post online/email acknowledgment that no delay in appointments are accepted. In short - Worst customer service.

We visited Kauai this past July, 2018 and we were looking for a good place to get a hair cut, me and my two teenagers boys. Coming from mainland where barbershops are at every corner we wanted something good. We decided to stop by and schedule an appointment at this barbershop. Long story short, this place is hands down the BEST choice we made. Clean, modern with professional, friendly and welcoming guys. Absolutely love it! I'll highly recommend it!

Ian, Emery, and Manny are the best barbers around, very good and passionate about what they do. Easy to use booking system on their website and excellent haircuts, fades, etc. When I moved back to Kauai from California I was worried about finding a good spot to get my haircuts, luckily I found The Parlor, Ian and the guys there really do an amazing job.

Finally Kaua'i has a real barbershop. These guys are great at cutting fades which is the only way I get my hair cut. My first cut was done by Manii and it was the best haircut I've had over here on Kaua'i! It's going to cost you about $30 but they block off about 45 mins with you so you don't feel rushed. Definitely a great experience. They are located in the corner near Subway across McDonald's and kcl BBQ in lihue.
