This place is AWESOME! Finally a barbershop that creates an ambiance of what a barbershop should actually feel like. The waiting lounge downstairs provides an array of options to occupy your time while you wait, and best of all; they have an open bar! And as far as the haircut is concerned? I have been going to Kaliq for my haircut needs for years now, so wherever he goes, I faithfully follow. I don’t know how Kaliq does it, but what he does with those clippers and razors is pure magic. And I can’t recommend him and this establishment enough for those who seek an overall amazing barber experience.

I had been getting my haircut at 61 Barbershop but then heard about this new shop and now I’m coming here. Prices are competitive!!! Haircut and beard combo for $50! Kaliq is one of the beautiful not the best. I’m very picky with who I let line me up, fade my hair, and trim my growing beard. Wine tasting: this also doubles as a lounge. I enjoyed a fun wine tasting here and met new people. This will definitely be the place to be. Go now and enjoy this beat kept secret before everyone else does!

I have gone twice and I love my experience!! The owner is a humble and smart person and his master barber Kalique Rashad is amazing. They offer master cuts, shaves, and pamper the men and young kids that come in. They offer free beverages of your choice, there is music and your able to pick out a song to listen too. They also have a lounge area downstairs where your able to relax and watch TV. There's also a bar downstairs. This barber shop is a great addition to Honolulu and I hope it stays. The customer service is amazing! Seriously! And walk-ins or appt are accepted. You can pay with cash or card. Check them out! They work with all ethnicities and textures. If your a person with African texture or African American hair or mixed hair go see Kalique Rashad and get yourself a great experience! I always get the master cut, he cuts my hair, styles it and washes and conditions it!!!

Arrived for my cut a little early only to be greeted by a beautiful receptionist who showed me around the shop and lounge. The owner was great in setting up entertainment while I waited for THE Barber of Hawaii. Sat down, had some wonderful conversations, and left with an amazing cut which was beautifully faded by the Master Barber Kalik
