One of them used the straight edge razor on my friend and I really rough. I'm honestly surprised she didn't cut us up with it. I ended up getting really bad razor bumps on the side of my head because of it.

Avoid at all costs. Went in to check this place out for the first time and received the worst haircut I've had to date. From the beginning, barber (female, not sure of her name) was scraping the clippers on my head that resulted in the pictured bumps. I've had bad military cuts, she went all out with the scraping. Aside from that, you can tell the fade is all over the place in the back. Will not be returning, don't spend your money here.

G barbershop has a talented staff who take their time on your hair. Lots of military people there but the fades are on point. If you get a skin fade they will straight razor taper the back of your neck. I have only had one mediocre cut from there but after going there for 6 months I know which barbers I will let cut my hair. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Cuts are range from 12-15 dollars ish before tip. Would definitely recommend!

G was recommended to me by another girl who had gotten a lotus design on her undercut, so I went in as a walk-in when he wasn’t there (the other barber told me he’s off on Mondays & Tuesdays). Also note that G is the only one that does designs. So I went in on Wednesday as a walk-in, G was busy with another customer but had an opening an hour later. We consulted about what I wanted to do (mermaid/fish scales on my undercut) but the examples I found on Pinterest didnt match my undercut so G didn’t want to shave that high into the back of my hair and make it look bad. He offered to just clean my undercut up for free, but I asked him if he could do a modified design to match my undercut. So that is what he did. He did a great job and I recommend making appointments if you want to see G. You can walk in for all the other barbers.

Me and my 2 year old son went the other day and it was not anything I expected. They complained about cutting my son's hair cause the lady that does it wasn't there, then when they did cut his hair his lining was very crooked. I tried telling them and they argued with me saying it was good. One side is higher than the other. Very upsetting, then they charged 45 for me and my son I'll never go back.

Best experience I've ever had. Spent 3 years in kailua and heard about this place a year before i left and I wish I had went sooner. Always pleasent, polite, professional, courteous and even with all the clientele from military to civilians, always remembered who you were and how you liked your cut. Recommend it to people just moving to Oahu or about to move Oahu. Will definitely get my business when I come back!!!

It's ok. But for a lot of the barbers you have to ask for a low medium if you really want just a medium fade. Also the first lady on the right can get painful.

They say they close at 6:30pm. I show up at 6:20pm, they said they were closed....why the hell wouldn’t you just change the store hours to reflect the time you ACTUALLY close? Wasted my time.
