1st time customer me and my son. Walked in shop noone said anything to us, 2 of the barber was free and still didt approach us. so we waited about 30min till I figured out there was a check-in book that a 1st time customer would not know about if noone say anything. By the way me and my son was the only people waiting. Very rude and bad customer service

Place is fast! Ethical! Went to New Era sat for 1hr before EVERYONE who works there takes break at once with 8 people waiting so I called US Cutsand me and my son went within an hour me and my son were out the door! Zoe will hook you up! My son was so excited because they had snacks Spider-Man on TV Street Fighter video game he said we should come here all the time I said I agree!

Honestly the best shop in Polk County and I have been to many different establishments in the area. Their attention to detail is prestine and supercedes anyone else I know. I was totally impressed with this shop and will get my hair cut here from now on. There is plenty of seating in the waiting area, a TV, drinks and snacks for purchase while you wait. This place is a joke! Took my 7 y/o for a haircut (faded comb over) simple cut. Got charged $22.00 and he requested tip. Highway robbery without a doubt. Half way decent cuts with the highest prices in Polk country.
