I had a 1:30 appointment today. I arrive at about 1:25 and notice the barber I have an appointment with has someone in the chair. I sit and figure she should be finishing up soon. As I continue to sit and wait and observe, it is obvious the customer must have sat down a few moments before my appointment time. Needless to say, 30 minutes later I am still wasting away my lunch hour and decide to leave. I will not be taking any time out of my day to drive there again.

Love this place! Will not take my son anywhere else. I truly have found the best barber in the Riverview area. My only day off work is Sunday, so that makes it even better because most places are closed Sunday. I’ll definitely continue to use him for all my sons haircuts.

I decided to get my haircut here on a Sunday because they were the only shop open biggest mistake of my life lol I have the south of France hair cut I asked the guy to lower it just a little he ended up taking too much off. one side had more hair then the other side. I was really disappointed I’m going back to tomorrow to let them know how I feel

terrible hair cut for my son's long hair. We went in for a trim and ended up leaving with way more hair taken off then was discussed and not even close to the correct style or cut. Should of told the barber to step away when you could see the look on his face that he was in over his head with a sizzor cut.

I asked the barber for a mid fade and to cut half my hair because it was long. The outcome was terrible. The barber gave me a bald fade and cut my hair to a number three. Worst experience ever. Now i have to walk around school like this.

I have been getting a hair cut here for years. I'm a disabled combat vet and have many physical disabilities. Even though I appear healthy I have mobility problems. My license plate reads "disabled veteran". So I park in the HP spot in front of store and proceed to sign my name for a cut. As I sit down with my daughter, one of the barbers says, ur gonna have to move that car. Our customers in wheel chairs use that spot. So I relied, perhaps U should leave policing to the police or take a look at my plate. He smartly said a few worlds and proceeded to argue with me. One again I reminded him that I earned the right to park in that spot as I took a bullet for our beloved country. Then another barber chimes in and says, im a disabled vet and points down at his customer in the chair and says so is he. Last time I ever strep foot in that establishment that disrespects our nations disabled vets.

I've been to this barber shop before but now under new ownership in my accurate opinion it's gone downhill. I think they specialize in military cuts because no matter how much you ask Lewis to cut it a certain way he will do it his way. Very disappointed customer and will never return.

Disappointed in the service. There were two kids waiting to get their hair cut and both barbers disappeared to the back for 10+ min. No sense of urgency. We got there when they first opened, and the place looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned from the previous day.

Usually, we have a good experience. Today was the exception. My grandson was there to get a haircut Saad, was rough, pulling his hair with the pick hard enough to bring tears to his eyes. He didn't listen when I told him to let my grandson see how short he wanted his hair. When it was over, I was told that he only did cash, I went next door, but their ATM wasn't working. When I went back to tell Saad that I would have to run to my bank, he magically was able to take credit cards ( can we say Tax Evasion).

My son goes in and sits in waiting area. After barber finishes a child’s cut, he proceeds to the back with Swisher Sweets in hand (so it probably wasn’t tobacco he was smoking). He comes back 15 min later, supposedly ready for my son. All my son wanted was a line up and low fade, nothing off the top. Totally uneven. Never ever going here again since he was probably high as hell. Who does that and messes someone’s hair up? Totally unprofessional

Dirty!!!! Hair all over the floor in the waiting area, floors dusty and chargers thrown everywhere. Guy took more than 30 minutes on one guy. It was much cleaner when the original owner ran it and much better. Can’t say I’ll be going back!!!!

Im getting my haircut next Saturday morning. Great service. I recommend Luigi. He's a great guy. You can ask for a particular haircut from a picture you see online. Just show him how you want the cut. You guys try it out.

Not happy at all with Ahmed. I had a simple request for my son: fade, don't seek perfection with his curly hair -it's not possible and in seeking perfection it'll end up too short - and keep most off the length on top. End result: decent lines but chop job. Ugh.

Recently moved here, stopped by in a hurry one day before an important mtg.. Cris did a GREAT JOB of cutting my hair (mop), and way better than the other 'Fantastic place' that I've been going to. Had a new barber there cut my hair. Wasn't the most talkative person but she was pretty dam good at cutting men's hair! Couldn't speak for her fading skills (didn't ask for one) she buzzed it right and even handled the bump in the back of my head without making it look strange. Good scissor work and clearly understood what I wanted. Oh and the prices are GREAT.
