Made appointment with Jay today for 3pm. I arrived at least 20 min early. Seen that he was in a middle of a cut and was impressed at how well he did with the dude that he finished with slightly passed 3pm. As I get ready to be called another guy sits in the seat. Confused I quickly asked who Jay was and that I had a 3pm appointment. The other barbers pointed to who I thought is was. His answer “Oh my bad this is my 3:30 he has been here for an hour” even more confused I didn’t want to cause a scene and just left. I won’t be going there in the future.

Jae is meticulous with scissors and a straight razor! Having just moved to town from Baltimore, it was nice to find a really amazing barber. I have a cut that is somewhere between a Caesar and a side part, he also helped tighten up the old beard, my Mrs. loves it! I left looking fresh and totally digging my new cut. Thanks Jae, you killed it. I will definitely be coming back to you from now on. If you're looking for a great barber shop, look no further than Pro Cutz... all of the barbers appear to be able to cut very well. Great atmosphere too! Keep up the great work fellas.

Very great experience I would highly recommend this place to anybody that is new to the area and or that needs a new but reasonable barber. Cost efficient place but excellent skilled barbers! Also the environment is very family friendly recommend parents who have children to stop by as well! Keep up the positive & great atmosphere guys!

Called to see if I would need to set up an appointment to get a shape up for my son I was told not necessarily then told to come at 5 arrived about ten minutes early then at 5:20 the barber took another customer I asked about my appointment at 5 I was told I was next after him and I could come back the next day if I wanted to VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I get my hair cut there all the time by Jai. I'll NEVER go anywhere else . Everytime I leave there I'm completely stoked with my cut. Friendly, cool environment and a good bunch of guys. I recommend anyone lookimg for a new barber give him a call.

Barbers are great. Time management is not. Set an appointment for 4pm and didn’t get started until 6pm (an hour after they closed) Wouldn’t not recommend if you are looking for anything done in a timely fashion
