Clean place and courteous staff. I was in and out quickly. They don't take credit card and I had no cash, but they told me to bring it back later. So I got my hair cut and then walked down to the Wawa, got cash and brought it back to pay. Very convenient and polite. I got a good haircut too.

Busy on Saturday’s. I called ahead and asked if it was a long wait, and they said no come on in. I arrive three minutes later and waited for 20 minutes and had to leave without a haircut because there were still 4 people waiting ahead of me.

A neighborhood favorite. Mark the proprietor is very friendly and seems to know most of the people who walk through the door. The shop is open 7 days a week (including opening very early on Saturday morning). Consistently good haircuts, finished off with hot towels and a straight razor.neck shave. Reasonably priced.

It doesn't take one long to see that the normal small talk that takes place while getting a haircut is not just "chit chat", but it quickly becomes obvious that Mark really does care for his clients which comes through in both his sincerity and the fact that he remembers even the smallest details from conversations that occurred years ago. Very clean shop, courteous and professional staff, reasonable prices and top notch haircuts makes Mark's Barbershop Number One! (As a sidenote for the ladies, Mark's Wife has a saloon for women right across the street with the same quality service.)
