I started going to Cassie for my hair needs when she was still in cosmetology school; she’s tackled my hair cuts, filling and correcting my overly-processed hair (that I’d done to myself), finding the right products and tools for my pain-in-the-butt hair type, using wild/trend colors, and I’ve been able to trust her when I said “do whatever you think looks best.” I was confident enough with her work on me, that I referred my mom to her, and for the first time in YEARS I remember being genuinely impressed with my mom’s “after” result (Cassie was able to highlight her hair nicely and evenly to blend her natural blonde hair with natural gray). Again, because of Cassie’s work and how much I like seeing my hair when she’s done with it, I referred my best friend there to do her bridal look, and my friend ended up booking for the whole bridal party come time for the wedding. At the time, Cassie was with another business and with another stylist, but both the bride and MOH came back raving about Cassie’s looks for them. She’s the type of person who knows what SHE wants and how irritating it can be to be stuck with people who don’t listen, so as a result, Cassie is very transparent and diligent with her clients, in my experience. I definitely recommend her, and encourage other people to check out her work if they want a true stylist they can trust!

I was referred to your facility , since im new in sussex county and you do cuts for women men and children. My family had a young lady Casey or Cassie . To start my husband ended up having to go to another barber located in Georgetown to get his "fade and taper" even . Also the back of his head (hairline) was slightly uneven. I say that because neither him nor myself noticed. Now for me ... i know i needed alot more taken off my ends then what i wanted . Isnt that how it always is. Any way way to much was taken of. Thank good ness i can atleast still pull my hair up. Also i now have layers ? To my experience that makes me think she messed up somewhere . Also we had a conversation about another local salon not going to state. But they conversation made me as a customer very uncomfortable . She was very unprofessional. And even though your facility and prices we fair. Customer service is THE MOST IMPORTANT THING and conversations in a setting like that should of not been anything lkke it went that day. How she holds such a manager position like she ssid is beyond me. But we won't be back . Im sorry.

in town on business and my barber couldn't give me a trim before I had to leave so this was the only place close to where my office was. went in and was taken care of immediately. they were so friendly. got my high and tight and it looked real nice ( which isn't easy with my endless cow licks I have)

Just another franchise salon where they nickel and dime you for everything. For a walk-in salon, they wanted me to make an appointment, while I was there, and come back in an hour. I got a total for what I wanted done and I'm glad I found a real salon down the road which ended up costing less and having no wait time. I definitely won't be back to Holiday Hair!!!

I followed Cassie here from another salon. I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my hair. She does my hair, my moms hair, my daughters hair. She is excellent with color, especially fashion colors, blondes and highlighting. I highly recommend her, and the prices compared to other salons for her level of talent is unbelievable!

Jean was terrible. Always talking...bragging... And rough. Cuts hair the way SHE likes it not how the customer wants. Really don't care that you were trained in England and cut hair differently. My cut is too short but can't glue it back..

The worst haircut experience I have ever had. Maybe it should have spoken more clearly or even written down what I wanted so that there was no room for interpretation. My hair is the shortest it's ever been in my life and I absolutely hate it. Luckily, another lady stepped in to make it livable, but still the worst haircut I've ever had. My advice: don't go there. If you have no other choice whatsoever then go in with a game plan. Write down what you want, bring in photos of previous haircuts, maybe even quiz them before you sit down. An awful, awful experience.

Every time I wanted my hair cut, everyone would do what they wanted and not what I asked. I went Cassie and I told her what I wanted, she cut it exactly the way I wanted her too and even my hubby complimented it! I was thrilled!! She is the best!

I had the most horrible experience at this salon. The lady that helped us was cassey and she was so unprofessional and untalented. Word of advice if you want to still go here for the low prices AVOID CASSIE at all costs like the other review below mentions. Holiday Hair please put her back in training or you will lose more customers, because you've lost us for sure.

Horrible service. I have tried at least four different times to walk in and get a haircut. I TRIED TODAY. They were so rude. Rolled his eyes at me and acted as if I was putting him out to sign me in. I have tried on other occasions and the service was horrible. I have now walked out four different times. I will never try again to return. Under staffed and they are not interested in me as a customer. The only reason why I kept trying was the location to my home. I drove 30 minutes down the street and got a cut.

I've been here one time. I went to get quite a bit cut off, which is a big deal for me. I had Taylor (the manager) do my hair. She did an amazing job! I had some color done by someone else and she warned me about how it would look once she cut it. She triple checked what I wanted and made sure when she was almost done it was what I was expecting. I was on a time crunch and she still did a wonderful job. I've already recommended her to some of my peeps. And I will continue to do so. (Also, never trust a hair dresser with crappy hair. Don't have to worry about that with her. She's mastered the messy bun.)

I have tried many other hair places once I found Cyndi, she has been great she always has a positive attitude and very friendly, I am one of those customers who always wants a change to my hair and she always makes it work, and it comes out wonderful. the most unprofessional salon I've ever entered. Im a 38 year old man and business owner. i have had the exact same buzzcut my entire life . im like the easiest customer ever. until today. i told the lady i wanted it all shaved off. the same way ive cut my hair for over 20 years!!!! she said no!!! she told me she was going to fade it up. i told her i did not want that. she argued with me!!!! oh yeah, i was told she would be there at 9am. she strolled in like 920ish. a long story short. i jad to walk out. i got my hair cut down the street. zero hassle. what a joke.!!!!!

if i could give 0 stars i would my husband took my son there for a haircut today December 21, 2017. His hair wasn't faded correctly she said she couldn't fade it correctly because of his color, it was uneven and butchered. I called and complained and found out a girl named Cassie cut his hair, the manager offered me to come back and she would fix it. I take him back to fix it and she couldn't believe how bad it was,for someone who has a cosmetology license she cant cut hair at all. My 3 year old niece could have done a better job then she did. The manager tried her best to fix it but its horrible for the holidays. Extremely Dissapointed

Cassie by far is the best hair stylist in all of Delaware. When my little guy was 8 months old, she willingly took on the challenge of cutting his hair. Since then, we’ve been back to get his hair cut, my daughters hair cut, plus my own. She is fantastic at hair, and eyebrows too! She is patient, especially with the littles, and really listens to what you want as a customer. As long as Cassie is cutting and styling hair, she will be our go to! Honestly, 5 stars is low - Cassie deserves 10 stars!! If you need a haircut - Cassie is the best!
