When I walked in, the employees made no effort to acknowledge or greet me. I waited in a musty waiting area in the back for about 15 minutes with no acknowledgement, so I left and went to Great Clips, where the employees were much more respectful.

Friendly, professional, fast, reasonably priced. Saw reviews on here about good beard work, and I concur completely. Supporting community businesses over chains is often a sacrifice of some sort, usually in price. This is not the case here. I both paid comparably while getting better results.
